Classic, I have been coming here since I was a kid. The atmosphere, music and design of the place all bring me to the past making me feel as if I am there. Food is consistent and tasty! Give it a try and I am sure you will be satisfied!

What a bummer. I love a diner and this one is within walking distance to my house. I met a friend her for an early dinner on Saturday and was so disappointed. I didn't know what i wanted but I saw a new item on the flyer on the table so I just ordered that. We had kids with us so asked for a Kids menu, they didn't have any. That's fine, no problem, we just ordered based on what he told us. Things are going OK. We didn't get all the waters we asked for, but it's not a big deal. We got the kids waters and 2/3 isn't bad. The food didn't take long at all... well most of the food. The burgers and the kids food was very fast, which makes sense because they weren't busy. It was only 5PM on a Saturday, i could have counted the number of people one both hands. My companions asked for ranch multiple times, finally towards the end of the meal she received it. My partner got a burger based on the fact that it said it had 'thousand island' sauce but none came on it so he had to get it in on the side....... The main problem was my order. I ordered at the same time as everyone else. I ordered the Caesar Avocado Wrap, which comes with a side, for 16.50. When the burgers came out, I reminded him that I was waiting for my wrap, he said, oh it's coming. Half an hour after everyone else's food comes, my side comes. He assures me that my wrap will be out any minute. We sat there for an hour and a half and finally, about 10 minutes before we left, my wrap came. It was very sad, I wasn't even hungry any more after snacking on everyone else's food since they felt so bad my food hadn't come the entire time we sat there. I took the first bite, realized I didn't taste any avocado but for 16.50 there should be avocado. By the time I had the avocado, we were asking for the check and a box. I don't know why people come here, but it isn't for the service, and it isn't for the food. The server seemed apologetic but then gave us the saddest discount off just my meal, $1.68 off for a 'senior discount'. Honestly... I should have asked to speak to a manager but we just wanted to leave. I can't believe this place is still in business. The shake was good and the fries were good. If that's all you get, you're probably good. Otherwise, pick somewhere else. fatburger also has good fries and shakes and is significantly less money and better service.

AMAZING PLACE front servers were super nice, SYNDEY AND CARMEN ARE THE BEST. Gave me the best hospitality Carmen really made me feel at home and like family. Sydney was also extremely patient and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me Apple Pay my order!
Upon arrival, I was greeted with nothing but kindness. The manager Carmen is so kind and really thoughtful and caring. Rosey was an excellent waitress. Had a great conversation and the overall ambiance is so homey. I love this place and enjoy how peaceful it was compared to my last visit. I loved the food and thought it was delicious. The photos are from two different visits, the chicken noodle soup was so good. That's my favorite soup and they did great. Huge shout out to the hard working staff who look like they love their jobs, they're doing great. Even the ones I did not encounter on this visit. It's a great place and I highly recommend to all that if you do visit, compliment the staff in your review.

I've been to SEVERAL mels. This was BY FAR the worst experience. First, the seating was very small, and they only allowed kids with high chairs it the corner tables. Which didn't even fit our party of 6. But we made it work. We had 4 children with us, and they didn't offer us a kids menu. They didn't show any kids options on the menu they gave us. I double-checked the website as they have the menu on there as well, and I have the app also. (Like I said, we go often) I had thought they had a kids menu, just was unsure because I usually dont have the kids with us. But we just figured maybe they dont have it here. The waitress took so long to come to us that we just figured out what to eat. Then they didn't ask if we wanted beverages, just took our food order and left. We didn't think about it when ordering because we were just glad to be ordering the food. We had to ask if we could have something other than the water they gave us. Usually, they ask when they sit you down at the start of your order. The waitress just left. But that was fine too. When we finally got our food.. one of the plates came out with some unknown stuff on the plate. It looked like cheese and something green left over from who knows what. The plate had fries and chicken tenders on it. The waitress couldn't explain what it was and then asked what we wanted her to do about it. After that I just told them to take off the plate and we just wouldn't get it. They said that was fine and we just finished our meal with one person not eating. Then when going to pay, they still charged us for the plate of food that they took back and we never touched. The manager then went to confirm that the item was to be removed and when she came back. Instead of apologizing, the manager said yes, I'll remove that the waitress explained about the ketchup on your plate. We'll take that off. But it WAS NOT ketchup. When we asked what the substance might be, the waitress herself looked at the plate and couldn't figure it out and said she wasn't sure what it was. So I don't know if she told the manager that I just didn't want it because they put ketchup on the plate or what, but it was just bad customer service all around with how everything was handled. I wouldn't recommend going there. Would recommend any other place but there, in fact. Worth taking the time to write this long negative review. ??

Quick service, sit anywhere you want, friendly faces . Menu have something from everybody , asked for a speciality omelette and was perfect, I asked for the meatloaf sandwich and it was delicious. Don't forget to ask for a milkshake Fun place , parking is tight , prices are $$ but the overall experience makes up for all.
