It’s a nice place, pizza was ok.Customer service is alright, overall not the best pizza I’ve ever had. I had high expectations. Pizza was saggy as well as the Nutella calzone.Came to get the experience, not coming back again but at least I tried the place.

My son ordered and bought a gluten free pizza. The crust was not cooked enought. Looking at the pizza you could see crust not brown. The toppings and sauce were good, the crust was just not done.Vegetarian options: Love the vegetarian options.

Amazing!! The food is great. The pizza is woodfire and they have a great wine selection. The atmosphere is open and the manager (I don't know his name but maybe it's Jeff or Jesse) is amazing!! He is super welcoming and accommodating and pays extra attention to detail.xx

Thin crust and fresh ingredients, wood-fired pizza in my favorite neighborhood. Nutella calzone must try! The place has an outside sitting area by the sidewalk which is cool.

MidiCi, much to my surprise, obtains the flour, the tomato sauce & prosciutto, etc. from Italy. Whether they are from Napoli or not, I do not know. All I know is that they offer the closest version of a Neapolitan pizza in town.Although I would have liked other choices for toppings, their offerings are quite acceptable. My only advice would be to get an espresso machine, an ice cream maker and a new management.

The food is amazing, lovely restaurant. If your are looking for great fire oven pizza made fresh then this is it. Parking is on the street or pay for parking lot BTW Hooked!
They didn’t give me enough mozzarella on my pizza… was very dry. Surprised because I normally like the pizza from here. They would not refund me or make me a new pizza instead argued with me about the portion of cheese. Sitting here on the verge of tears with a pizza I don’t even

After years of trying MidiCi I think we're giving up. We loved it when it first opened...the many, many topping options they used to have which you could have them build in the line were fantastic. Though there was always some issue with the final product, every time we went. They do a generally good job of making authentic Naples style pizza...cooked less than you think it should be in America, but spot on for Naples...but they keep getting our order wrong. This particular time they just forgot about the gluten-free pizza we ordered and brough us the other 2 at least 20 minutes prior to the gluten free one. That's not exactly how a family dinner (or dinner of polite people) should work with one person waiting a VERY long time to get their food while everyone else is sitting there trying to be polite. This is not the first time it's happened here either.Their gluten free crust, which used to be among the best in town, also seems to have taken a step backwords in terms of look and in this case was slightly burned all around. They offered a dessert sampler to us to make good. Which we declined – twice...and then they brought it anyway. I mean, awfully nice of you to want to make good on the food, but if we say "no" twice...maybe respect that choice?I don't see going back to Midici any more...every time we've been since they opened, there has been some issue with our food.Such a promising concept, especially if you love Neapolitan pizza...but, at least for us, it's been a disappointing end result every time.
