There were three servers, two guys and a young lady. She looked like she was doing to go orders or Uber eats orders. The two guys never came to our table once, I asked one of the order guys for ginger, he never brought it. The young lady helped us more than the male servers did. So thank you for the wonder service "young lady". For the gentleman, pay more attention to your tables. Also they add tip on the check Good food though and came out very fast

I'm going to try and be as fair as I can but it's going to be hard since it was NOT a pleasant experience. The wait was not bad, they got us in the building pretty quick. They took our drinks and orders really quick (we opted for all you can eat) and we were excited! The appetizers started to make their way in but that's when we started to notice they weren't bringing all of the items we were ordering. We decided it was okay because we had rolls coming in..... over an hour later and the rolls never came. Then a server came and asked if we wanted our second round... yet we never got our first. They bring out the sushi (many rolls missing again!!) and anytime we needed small things like napkins, a plate or anything they would pretend to not hear us until we literally yelled hello!!! The sushi did not taste fresh at ALL! And the quality was mediocre so we didn't really want to eat anymore. None of our party got full but we were over the service so we just wanted the check. The server started saying we better finish the sushi or else she's charging us for each sushi roll at its individual price plus the price of all you can eat. I wish I would've just paid the price because now my toilet is being overused. Just avoid this place at all costs! There's way better all you can eat sushi places in the valley!

Went at lunch time so the place only had 3 tables including mine being served. Server put my order at another table, realized his error, got the order back from the table to the counter, waited 3 seconds, and took it to me acting like I wasn't watching him the whole time. My second order finishes and server again brings it to the other table. Chefs call out to him to make him realize what he is doing AGAIN. Server needs to wake up.Food was amazing. The server was the problem. Don't lie. Own up to the mistake, remake the food. I'm not coming back.

The All You Can Eat option is why you go. The way it works is you can order 10 menu items and keep that going until you're full. They have really good rolls like the Bruce Lee, and Bonzai. They also have nigiri, and my favorites are the saba (Japanese mackerel) and Cajun tuna. Why you don't want to come back are the absurd 15% fee they charge on top of the $35.99 all you can eat price. And another reason not to go is the even more absurd price hike of $10 for "holidays." That means that the all you can eat is $45.99 plus 15% for President's Day weekend.Still, the food is good. And I'd go back, so long as it's not a holiday. Also, parking sucks.

Do not believe the complainers this is the very best AYCE ever. EVER. I love sushi, I'm very picky and I have eaten sushi at all the nice restaurants and I love it here, AYCE will never be premium sushi anywhere, but It's fun when you want to splurge but not break the bank. I don't mind them including tip, it's a way to protect their servers and many restaurants do it these days. Very sweet staff too. My favorites are Sexy Lady Roll Encino Roll Kamikaze Roll Volcano Roll Crispy rice nugget #4 roll Baked Salmon sushi and sashimi All of the tuna's and the halibut Other Miso Gyoza

The worst ayce I have ever been to. They stuff the sushi with tons of rice and terrible hours. Try here fishy fishy in koreatown and you will thank me for it.

I stopped going here a long time ago , I was a big fan of this place would go at least twice a month until I started noticing food was not fresh. The service was ok , there was two times bugs in the restaurant and got food poisoning the last time which was a sign for me to not go back ever

Was good, for three people at lunch including two sakes and a beer was $115, but the quality and service was outstandingUpdate; did a dinner Sunday night, two people two soft drinks was 121, there was a automatic 15% gratuity added and signs about a 5% discount for cash payments. Service was a bit slow, but more a problem with the layout of the restaurant.Parking: 6 spots

Come to this spot! I recommend this place for a quick stop to grab a sushi bite the only thing I do warn you is that they do add a 15% gratitude on the bill. Other than that this place is good.

It seems like this place is not looking for customers. They turned us away even when they were not busy around 9:20 pm.

The fish was nothing amazing but didn't expect that tbh with an all you can eat sushi spot. It was ok at best. I probably wouldn't go back. But I did like the cash payment
