Ordered through door dash and the order was completely messed up. Missing items and items not ordered mixed with what we did order. We tried to call them and the person said "I can't hear you sir." Then hung up 2 seconds later. Tried to call back multiple times and they didn't answer.

This place SUCKSSSSSS. Ordered ribs, pulled pork and wings. The wings are literally heated up frozen wings. The pulled pork was so dry and unedible. What's going on???? You charged me $65 for this!? Unacceptable. How is this place in business? Avoid.

Crazy because I just posted a 5 star review for this place recently but I now understand why people are giving this place fewer stars over service. I wanted to introduce my husband to this place because I had such a good experience; however, our order was cancelled on us tonight three times. Yes, three. The first was through Uber Eats because the restaurant ran out of BBQ ribs. The second one was through Uber Eats because they ran out of tri-tip. Wanting to give the benefit of the doubt, I ordered directly even though it was going to take an additional hour and fifteen for the delivery. I gave my credit card, address, phone number and order but the guy said he needed to call me back in five. I waited ten before finally calling them back and cancelling the order. So disappointing because I really do like the food. They need to get it together.

if i could give negative 5, i would. first off, the girl working the phones & register cant even handle her job & you can tell. this place is super unprofessional but i guess you can tell that from the outside. i order a baked potato with shredded beef, she almost didn't know how to ring that in but then i wait for the craziest amount of time just for her to still have rang me up wrong & had to refund me for a mistake. i get all the way home (which i regret doing) before fully speculating the potato for it to have 2 baby pieces of beef in it.

This is a great place! There BBQ is fall off the bone good! It's also probably some of the best priced bbq you'll find in the valley. If you have kids that are picky eaters (or husbands) the Mac and cheese is the bomb! You can also get pizza here as well so there really is something for everyone!

I ordered my food today and waited for an hour only to find out the order was cancelled without my knowledge. I don't recommend this place at all. Tonsure customer service is garbage. Don't waste your energy.
Poor because didn't have half of our online order - as my son said, "why have it on the menu?"

This is such a tough review to write as most of the problems that have happened with my orders get corrected either by refund or adding something on my next visit.The food is exceptional for a small operation, this is not a huge outlet or large restaurant but they eventually get the job done....What they struggle with is operating a restaurant, high turnover of staff, and constant errors on the orders, even after calling to make sure things are right....Today was the straw that broke the back however, if you have a menu ? Posted it online ? On food delivery services ? Then I have an expectation that it's correct, today I called to place a large order for a gathering and when I started ordering sides ? "we took that off the menu"...apparently you did not if I'm still reading it on the menu....It's 2022, it's a couple mouse clicks, your biggest obstacle is the management/ownership is just lazy....That's how you chase a customer away....

I have ordered 4 meals from this place only one meal was correct. The first time I could understand but not the other 2 mess ups . I won't be ordering from them again.

Went here for BBQ because of the reviews. This place is really a pizza place. New owners have simplified the menu so there are very few traditional BBQ side dishes. No Cole slaw! Ordered the pork sliders. Sauce was on the sweet side and would have benefitted from some vinegary pickles or COLE SLAW!!! Baked beans were also pretty sweet. Hubs had half a rack of ribs and mashed potatoes which were fine but nothing special. Potatoes came in a bowl and looked like they had been plopped out of a plastic container and microwaved because of their shape and molten temperature. The place is neat and tidy with checkered table cloths on the tables. I will go back and try the pizza but would not return for barbecue.
