Had a pretty poor experience here. I recently was gifted a Vertuo Lattissima machine and have since been trying different coffees to figure out which ones I like. It comes with a limited sampler pack. I took my boyfriend there with me hoping to try some coffees, get some more knowledge/insight, questions answered etc. I didn't get the name of the person that helped us, but right off the bat she gave off very unenthusiastic energy. Maybe she was having a bad day. We told her we were new to Nespresso and wanted to try some coffees/decide what to buy. After asking for my phone number she asked which sleeves we wanted to buy....we reiterated that we weren't sure yet. As far as trying coffee, she said they only had 3 kinds available. That didn't really help us as 2 of them were very strong ones we had already tried, so we opted to just try the other one but were bummed we couldn't try any more before buying. We hadn't even gotten our taster coffees yet before she asked us AGAIN what we wanted to buy. It felt like she was rushing us out of there. We told her it would depend on what the taster tasted like....we had also barely browsed their list at this point so asked for more time looking at our options. She wasn't offering any additional information on her own, so we pointed to one of the lists of coffees and asked which was their most popular or what she might recommend. Her response was that "they're all pretty good." At that point we felt like we were on our own as far as choosing coffee, so we picked two at random that sounded ok. She grabbed them, rang us up and directed us somewhere else to wait for our taster coffees. We love our machine, but were very disappointed with the experience.

Miles is a huge asset to Nespresso, not only did he know, and have a deep education for the coffee beans, but he also provide an specific attention to detail and passion towards the company was refreshing. Listening to him talk about the sustainability efforts and how they are offering jobs to women was so inspiring. He deserves to be acknowledged and recognized for his energy and bright spirit. He made my day brighter. So glad I met him and thank you for having employees like him leading the team. I’ll certainly be back!

I love this Nespresso location! Kameron gives the best service ever! He is so knowledgeable and professional, always letting me know about sales and promotions. Gives me amazing advice about coffee flavors and machines.

Poor and sad service by Kameron. I asked to sample the new flavor El Salvador and before he even brewed the sample he said "what's your phone number" Don't worry my friend I gave you my phone number, I purchased my pods just an fyi yes I have two nespresso machines that require both style of pods. I wasn't just asking for a free sample, I did spend over $100 don't judge me if I wasn't dressed to your standards. Really really poor service, I got the pods from you because I'm almost out and I needed more; otherwise I would have left and ordered it on line.

I've been to quite a few Nespresso locations, but this by far, is my favorite. As I was perusing the flavor list, I was approached by Rob who was extremely friendly & offered his recommendations. He also invited me to sample their new flavors... some of which I would never have considered & almost declined to try, but to my surprise, I enjoyed it so much that I added it to my purchase. I'll now be coming here when I need to restock on more coffee.

Love this location. I often walk to the mall from my home in the neighborhood which is so convenient. Great customer service, especially Rob T. He's helped me the last 2 times I've shopped. Friendly, engaging, and thorough! See ya next time.

*ROB* had a name tag on his chest that says "In Training". Honestly I think he should have a badge that says "Trainer". It's not about knowing and telling me how Nespresso machine works, it's about my experience. Rob is an excellent communicator, his customer service, and most importantly customer relationship skills are on exceptional level. Rob gives experience that you expect getting in Nespresso and Bloomingdales.

I work at the Sherman Oaks mall and I love coffee .. I've been a customer of nespresso for over 6 years . I love their coffee and the staff is very nice and friendly. Somehow I had a horrible experience yesterday by Kimberly She is Very rude unprofessional and she doesn't know what customers service is ... She had a very bad attitude.. I had the worst experience. Please Nespresso be careful how you choose and train your employees.

The staff is not really helpful, you just got to know what you are buying. Staffs do not give you any guidance or recommendation even if you ask for it. They just hand the capsule menu, nothing else. This was my first visit to Nespresso Boutique, I would not go back to this one.

Great experience today here at Nespresso Boutique at Bloomingdale's. Kamron One of the most knowledgeable coffee connoisseurs helped me with my selections. He was extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend him. When you go there always ask for him.
