The food amazing! It's really bursting with flavor and almost addicting. I enjoy going for lunch every other day and I usually get the chicken shawarma but there beef shawarma is also really good. i would give them 5 stars only if the stop getting greedy with the garlic sauce. They are really quick with your order and the cashier is always nice to us. Its a little whole in the wall but walking in the shop its really uplifiting.

Love getting take out from here. The hummus is delicious and the chicken schnitzel wrap with all the fixings is my go to. It's quick, easy and tastes great!

I eat in this tiny store front and each time the food is perfect. Plus the service. The guys all know neighborhood folks. Great little late night spot

This place has been 5 stars since back in the days of Bell Bottoms and Hula Hoops and keeps delivering.

I ordered the steak kebab plate. The steak was very tender and well flavored. Ordered some hummus and tabouli, which was also good. The person with me ordered beef and lamb that came in a pita, which they also said was wonderful. We had the grape leaves. The pita that came with my hummus seemed a little dry or stale, but still good I'd definitely return.

their pricing is through the roof. I went to order, and they are charging for each item. Another words you order the plate of chicken schnitzel and then they want to charge for FF or rice an additional $6. I though if you ordered the plate it would come with the 2 sides but nope. you choose the plate thinking it comes with the 2 sides but they litterally dont. Never used to be like that and quite frankly their food isnt that great to charge $30 a plate. Never eating here again.

I've been coming here faithfully since I moved to L.A many years ago. I've never had a bad meal here. I love their chicken schnitzel wrap and I can basically live off of it for eternity. I couldn't possibly recommend this place more. Simply the best.

One of the better Middle Eastern grills in the valley. The only negative is they used to have the best gyro meat in town but they changed it a couple years ago now it's not as good but everything else is fantastic.

I wouldn't even give this one star if I could. The food was truly awful; the meat had a bad smell.

This place is SO NOT Mediterranean, it’s like bland Mexican style pitas they do not know what they’re doing - Avoid and save time & money for something worthwhile!

I can't believe they are still using this old bread! The pita bread ripped apart seconds after it was on my plate, the meat was not tasty not recommended at all.

Love this place. The staff is so nice and the portions are HUGE. Always a great option if you want something quick and hearty.

A visit to Sherman Oaks is never complete without a meal at Pita Kitchen, a valley staple that's been around for years and years. IYKYK You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but I usually go with the chicken shawarma wrap which is just *chefs kiss*. The guys working there are so nice and friendly and know all the locals. Supporting local businesses is easy when there's good service and delish and fresh options.

I was there today and I was not happy with the food. The cucumber salad with the tomatoes had absolutely no flavor no lemon instead of filet mignon I felt like I got some Carne Asada and there was no buzz Monte rice this time it looked like it was some regular white rice... so the quality of the food was definitely different and I don't think I will be coming to that place again unfortunately
