I stop in to order a pizza for lunch and as I stood in the lobby waiting to order. I was waiting as one employee is the back walking around another was on there phone texting. I was just waiting to see if anyone would talk my order but I had to finally ask.. is someone taking orders. The employee that was on the phone comes over with a attitude and say I'm the only one here"What would like to order". I said I'm good and walked out. I'm not going to spend my money in a place that is rude to me.

Ordered pizza, a huge fly inside. Called the pizzeria, they said to return the pizza and we'll get a refund, but how can I trust them if they can resell the pizza with the fly? Dumped it in the trash for them not to resell it to other people and lost my money.

I ordered two pizzas and when told the price, I questioned it as it seems a little more than I expected. The employee said it was for the pizza and tax, and it didn't add up. I asked if there was any extra fee for the thin or pan crust and she said no. When I went in to pick up the pizza, I paid and left as I was in a rush. I looked at the receipt in the car and saw a $1.95 "service fee" added. I called up and spoke to the same employee (she was kind) and I questioned what the service fee was for. She said, "I really don't know". I asked for it to be refunded and she said she could not do that. I asked to speak to a manager, and she too said she could not refund it and also didn't have an answer as to what the service fee was for. She said she could not process the $1.95 refund.This is simply based on principle, not $1.95.I have worked in management in the service industry, specifically in restaurants for over 25 years. Pizza Hut should be ashamed that they think so little of their employees that they put them in a position to face a customer with no knowledge of how to answer an simple question. Perhaps this is because they are unlawfully charging a fee. The Labor Board loves to hear stories of this, and have already been informed. Pizza HutIf this is how you "Out Pizza the Hut" then you will lose to those that actually make a quality product and treat their staff respectfully.

Horrible staff at that location. Disgrace to the Pizzahut brand. I was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes but none of the staff members bothered to acknowledge. They were joking with each other but didn't bother to say " how can I help you" or bothered to say will be with you in second. The manager who said her name was " Gigi " was in the way back playing with her phone. She walked in after time when another employee, went and pointed her towards the front. She was rude, unprofessional and didn't have any skills to deescalate the situation. She kept trying to argue but didn't even bother saying that she is sorry or tried to help with the situation. Tried to asked for a number for the manger, corporate or her boss, but she kept saying that she is the boss of all and that everyone is lower than her. It really looks like she believes that and treats customers the same way as if we are all lower than her. She was upset that how customer walked in and disturbed the movie she was watching or the game she was playing.

Recently the quality of food is not as good as before.I made a wrong order online by mistake and immediately contacted to cancel, they didn't refund the payment but provided a credit, so I wanted to use that credit and it was the second time I wasn't happy with my order.

The Food was great, service was excellant and the deal was spectacular. They could offer carryout bags that actually fit the pizza box and help prevent tipping the product. Otherwise, it was perfect
