Look, I get it. The food court at the mall isn't necessarily the best quality food that you'll experience, but hey, it's affordable and convenient. My partner and I were hungry while doing some holiday shopping, and we were looking for pizza dishes to chow down on. Sbarro seems to be a mall staple for shoppers and since it's Italian, the dishes are already hot and readily prepared. We decided to get the 2-XL slices of pizza with a drink combo for $12.99. Service was also nice and quick. Not a bad deal, and the pizza size portions are very generous.

I work there for 3 years.... I given my two weeks she told me don't show up.. and she didn't pay the last week ... the owner never happy she don't care about people work there.. the selfish person I never see .... She don't care about service.. she there about money..... you never work there.. that works place slaves .... Good luck for them.

I literally just bought food right now. The lady working there saw me and didn’t ask if I was helped already. Another lady came she was so quick to go help her but not me. Then when I sit down to eat my food the food was completely cold this is unacceptable. The workers are always like not in a good like if they don’t wanna work.

Terrible service! I waited in line to get serviced and the employee knew the man behind me and served him first! When I came back 7 minutes later to see why my food wasn't ready they never put the pizza in the oven!

Horrible service. The server/chef and Latino curvy waitress with black hair pulled back in bun were very rude and disrespectful. They were talking and chatting not asking people for their orders. They had attitudes. Very lazy workers. You guys are making Sbarros look real bad here at the mall. The pizza was not heated up all the way!! Very bland pizza. Don’t come here!! RUN!!
