I used to go to Shiraz in Sherman Oaks and in Glendale since many years! I even organized group dinners' events there... It used to be good but since I found out about Sadaf, I have not returned to Shiraz: the parking is challenging and their food is just ok now

Food is good. The meat is tender, juicy and fresh off the grill. The peppers were a little undercooked, all the side dishes were fresh and tasty. Hummus, Babaganoush, shirazi, mast o' moosir, borani, mast o'khiar, eggplant kaviar, salad, Mirza, All complemented when you eat it with the meat and sabzi plate ( mint, sliced onions & radish). We ordered beef koobideh, beef soltani and chicken to share. Also had fesanjan with chicken, and albaloo (sour cherry) rice. Service is perfect, polite and attentive. The place is very nice and quiet. It's a good place for family dinners.

Do NOT eat here!! I was there today with my family for my grandmothers 90th birthday and while eating the hummus my husband discovered a sharp metal bracket in it. Thank goodness he didn't swallow it as this could've killed him instantly. When we showed it to the manager she didn't really seem to care. She took it away and that was it. I asked for the appetizers to be removed from our tab and she said she has to call the owner and ran to the bathroom!?!! When she returned, she did not acknowledge me. Terrible service!! Will NEVER eat here ever again! Might have to take legal action.

Ordered delivery through GrubHub. Lunch Beef Shish Kabob with shirin polo rice ($3 up-charge). Order included a side salad with choice of dressing (the garlic dressing was delicious). The included a 1 pita bread, sumac packets, and a baggie packed full of fresh herb/veg radishes, mint, and half of an onion quartered. Everything was so fresh and such good quality. Was extremely impressed and surprised at how large the portions were. Food was cooked perfectly and so delicious. This was my first time trying this restaurant and will definitely be going or ordering again. Highly recommend. I've been on the search for good shirin polo and it exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to finishing my leftovers.

Cari was super nice, helpful, accommodating and welcoming. She helped me book a birthday party for party of 35+ and every time I call her for questions, she is helpful and accommodating. Food is the best (sorry no pics, was too busy enjoying the food) we ever had! Cooked fresh and served on time. Most of my guests complemented the food and Shiraz is now one of the their go to restaurant. Thank you Cari and staff until next time.

Great food! Did a pick up to go of the chicken kebab. Was skeptical bc some reviews said it was dry. However it was very juicy and flavorful! Loved the rice as well! Will be back to try more dishes

Superb MIddle Eastern Cuisine. We had the restaurant to ourselves. The cold wet weather and stopping by in the mid-afternoon after lunch and before dinner allowed us to assess this jewel without distractions. My friend has been coming to this restaurant for decades. it was my first time. But it won't be my last.Love the food. The service is top shelf.I took a picture of the gorgeous wrought iron door that leads to another dinning area. The other photo shows my plate already attacked by my enthusiasm.

I have come here a few times, and probably be the last due to our experience. Greek salad was terrible and lazily made, not worth $14The dessert was a fake tiramisú that was dry and cold not worth $8. I will say the beef and chicken koobideh is always good along with the rice and veggies. We had a $100 gift card for this place and since our meal was only $85.00 we lost the rest of the credit, it was explained to us in such a strange way. We decided that it could be used for a tip that wasn't worth it. We will try the Glendale location to see if it's any m better.
