Honestly, one of the most mediocre bowls of ramen I have ever had. I would've left it at that and moved on with my life, but then I got the bill and paid a premium for subpar food. Terrible! Absolutely not worth the price.Anyone that thinks Silverlake Ramen's tsukemen is (as one other reviewer stated) "better than what's available on Sawtelle" should be booted from this city. It's $5 more expensive, and tastes like they dumped a packet of sugar in the broth.Go support a mom & pop ramen spot, or at least not this chain. I don't know you, but trust me, you deserve better. Don't settle for this ish.

Huge rip-off if you order online. I placed an order yesterday and added extra noodles, which are typically ~$3 for dine-in. Turns out they charge double just for ordering online. Ended up pay $30 for a bowl with extra noodles and 1 extra topping. Recommend you place your order in person. Otherwise, the food is good.

WAY BETTER to order from than to eat at. the sushi is a hard pass. only good things are the ramen and the baos. the service was extremely lazy on a friday night we had to flag down our waiter 3-4 times while he texted on his phone. on top of that there’s no vibe or atmosphere at all. the merch in the corner is the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. nobody would buy it. overall this dinner was way too expensive for the bad decor, service, mediocre food, and lazy mall vibe

Best ramen I have ever had. Their spin on Cajun ramen was hands down the best.

Good service, and great food. I usually get the fried chicken, spicy chicken but and chicken ramen. They are consistent and delicious. It's a cool spot and they have interesting options.

This location has only gotten more skimpy with their takeout over the past few months. I haven't eaten inside the restaurant at this location, but over only the past few months, their portions have gotten much skimpier in takeout, AND their prices have gone up. The only thing that has improved is the texture of the chicken that they put in their ramen, which is a very thin three pieces. Today, when I picked up my order, I asked the guy if what they gave me was the normal amount of broth, even though it looked smaller to me. He said yes. When I got home and put the broth over the other ingredients, I use the same bowl I always do and it doesn't even cover the noodles. Absurd. It's not even made from bones, what's your excuse? Then I was looking at the tiny cup of sautéed kale that I added extra, and there was mold on it. I also dislike that you cannot order over the phone. I don't think I'll continue to be a return customer, unfortunately. I know this is a relatively new chain that is expanding quickly, so make sure you make your customers happy or you will go under. Do better.

Now come on Silverlake Ramen- ONE skinny measly slice of pork in each of the 3 creamy classsic pork ramens so ordered tonight? Your food is tasty but that is really stingy.

Silverlake ramen in van nuys still living up to its name m/original location in silverlake. I really enjoy coming here. The staff is very tentative and friendly!! And the music is always good! I do Wish they offered a kids menu/kids size bowl. I honestly don't mind sharing with my little one but sometimes I end up eating my ramen cold because I'm waiting to see if my little one wants more Noodle/ or broth or tofu. But other than that I really enjoy coming here.

Not sure what's happened to this place lately. Ordered often and always great. Recent orders have been missing items. Last night, besides the missing item, the pork bun sandwich was stale as hell so I just threw it away. Hope others have a better experience.

We have tried this location recently and the ramen is just average. Broth was kind of watery and not very tasty. Generally tonkotsu ramen has a very rich pork broth. Not salty and did not taste like port broth. Only came witb one piece of pork. The gyoza was decent. We got churros for desert - not a good as the local churro man truck so kind of disappointing. Not to mention we waited forever for the churros to come out. On top of that the initial ramen bowls that were delivered to our table were the wrong order. The location is ok and ambiance makes it seem like a hip LA spot - trendy.

I am sick, have food allergies, just want to order broth and noodles which is not an option on any of the apps. Instead of accommodating my request she denies me the ability to order over the phone. The app doesn't let you order according to food allergies and this location is unwilling to help its customers. Their solution was that I come in! It's in really bad taste to ask someone who has Covid to come into your restaurant and risk the health of everyone else! Won't be giving this place my money any longer.

You really can't go wrong with anything you order here. The classic Tonkutso always hits the spot. The rolls and other offerings are good as well. Service is efficient and friendly.
