We’ve been here several times now and have had a great experience each time. The service is fantastic and the menu is so diverse. Highly recommend the meatloaf, arugula pizza, and the cookie pie!

I would say 3.5 here’s the deal order Cobb salad and it was really good except the bacon. First it was mostly tasteless , what i did taste was bacon that sat most of the day in a tin pan. I am sure the bacon was cooked in the morning and when I ordered my salad at 5:15 pm they used bacon cooked 8/9 hours before. For $22 use fresher bacon. Instead of cooking 2 sheet trays of bacon at 8 am cook 1 then cook another after lunch so the dinner crowd doesn’t have to eat 9 hour old bacon for $22 plus tip. Btw trained chef hate to call you out but hate even more eating OLD bacon.
When we first walked in we saw a folding table with a sign saying.DON'T TAKE BAGS FROM TABLE.I thought we had walked into the local rec center where they were handing out supplies to seniors. We decided to sit at the bar. The stools are too high and you can barely get your legs under the bar. The bartender was good but the first impression was of a person in a sweatshirt sitting in the corner on her phone. Hmmm not very professional. Food was good but no atmosphere at all.

Lately, every takeout order is worse than the last. This time, they gave us half a salad dressing each, and despite charging $10 in service fees, didn’t even follow my simple request for an extra salad dressing and aoili for the bread (since they somehow decided not to give out butter anymore). It was a terrible experience, and when I called they put on the phone “Daniel” the manager (who is like the backup manager) who decided to mansplain and argue with me that they “must” have given us enough salad dressing. He didn’t even apologize and just said “reach out to your delivery service.” This reminded me that the only way to do Stanley’s is to eat there and even then the service is slow and mediocre, but at least you can send your dry salad back - or ask for the dressing they incompetently failed to provide in the first place.A number of other restaurants get it right with salad delivery (Il Tramezzino, Crave Cafe and Sharky’s to name a few) - I don’t know why it’s such a steep learning curve for Stanley’s but lesson learned - and spare yourself the same infuriating experience.

Salad was big and deee-lish! Took 35 mins to get though :/ Soup was also done RIGHT. The kitchen knows how to cook. Just service was iffy (took long, and the bar tender was nice but didn’t ask how my food was..had to walk down the bar for salt n pepper myself..and when I was ready to pay the bill I watched her texting with her back turned to the bar.. after several mins I finally had to get her attention). I’ll be back though because the food is light and tasty!
