At work we ordered jointly from Stone Oven in Sherman Oaks via Ubereats for lunch: I had a hot ham with crispy onions' sandwich and a side of a Caesar salad! It was very good and tasty,: I ll order from that place again for sure.

The food is good ! And convenient. But the SERVICE is horrible ! They always seem in a bad mood not friendly . Even if English is not the first language . You can still be nice .

First and last time eating there!!! What a horrible sandwich!!! Because I did took it home I could not go back to the counter and complain. I got the pesto chicken sandwich....it had 3 LITTLE pieces of chicken. And by little, I mean LITTLE! And very little flavor. And the rest of the ingredients, were haphazardly thrown on it. Since they are franchises, there isn't even a customer service number for the main company to complain to. There is no corporate social media presence either, where you could post about it. I felt very ripped off ($13.41 wasted), and will NEVER eat at another one of these--buyer beware!

For starters they close at 7:30 but at 7:12 I was told the salad bar was closed.... ordered a tuna sandwich and was asked what salad i wanted with the sandwich ??? so you can make a salad you just dont want to... Asked for the tuna to be heated and woman looked so irritated. while she is making my sandwich the other worker is sweeping, yes, sweeping around the food. unacceptable if you know the layout of this place. I drove there specifically for this place and now like others, i wont be back.

I came to the mall ready for dinner after a day at the park. I ended up substituting the chicken for tuna with the Asian Chicken Salad and it was a great decision! Service was a bit off-putting but the food made up for it. The bread was so soft and made the giant salad so filling and worth the bang for the buck. There was more than enough seating at the food court and parking around 5pm. I'd definitely come back!

I use the mall as a place to park when walking and when I do i usually buy some food or a drink or candy before going home. When walking a couple days ago my wife called and asked me to pick up dinner, so I went to the food court to see what I thought she (and I) might like. My tuna salad was good and she just loved the Walnut and Apple Salad, so I scored when I brought it home. This is one place to eat among many in the food court of the mall. You order at the register and, depending on how busy, usually take close to 10 minutes to get the food, which one can either eat in the food court or, as I did, get a "to go" order. The person who took my order was pleasant, so all in all a good meal.

Chicken sandwich was good. Brisket was the 2nd worst sandwich I have ever had in my life. (First was in London in 1970, "corned beef".) could not taste the brisket as there seemed to be little to no brisket on the sanwich.

This was by far one of my worst experiences at a mall restaurant! The cashier ok but the so called female manager has the worst customer service I've ever seen! The cashier made a mistake on order and the manager literally argued with me and stated she wasn't making me another sandwich I had to take what was made, as a black women I was very offended as if I had to kiss her ass for it! I asked for money back I honestly felt like she had an attitude even though she was told by cashier that it was the cashiers mistake! She actually made me get out of character due to her energy behind the situation, she acted as if she couldn't wait to tell someone like me off because she was a manager and stated she earned her position!! While being ride about it!! I hate coming to places when they hire low vibration energy people looking for reason to show they have authority! She should not be representing this company with such negative energy towards certain people!

I was in the Westfield Sherman Oaks mall running errands when my hunger pangs started up. I was near the food court so I went in and found Stone Oven. I like this place because they have filling sandwich options. I have dietary restrictions so when they're able to, they accommodate them (which I greatly appreciate). I ordered the BBQ Chicken Sandwich (protein style) and a side Caesar Salad (they have really good Caesar dressing). The chicken is shredded and has BBQ sauce with beans and corn and melted cheese. When I received my meal, I noticed the portions were smaller which is why I deducted 1 star. You do receive one free fountain drink refill with your meal. The food was still satisfying. I ate it all and left full and ready to finish my errands. If you're in this mall, and are in the mood for a sandwich, check them out.

Came to get a sandwich at 7:40 and was rudely turned away by the cashier who said they were closed. The mall closes until 9 and all the other food places in the food court are still open!
