I bought a new item. A churro. I personally eat churros in many places; some are great, some are not that good. But the churro at subway is horrible. One bite was enough. I had to trash it. there is a bad taste after biting it a few times, like some type of chemical or bad over used oil. I offered a bite to my wife and told me the same thing. Do not recommend it.

I have been to a lot of Subways. None have much atmosphere but you're hoping for a good sandwich. This subway the person who helped me was kind but difficult to understand. She spoke very quietly in a loud busy space. The sandwich was ok I have had better. The avocado was very fresh.

Used to order from here all time. Last time I ordered it was wrong to the point of parody. Ordered a steak and cheese with onions and peppers got a steak and cheese with cucumbers and black olives without cheese and I don't even think the steak was even nuked as it was ice cold. Vomit.Also for whatever reason this location decided to stop participating in every discount or promotion subway offers everywhere else so there's literally no point in ever going here over any other subway location.

Shame..!!I got some cupons in the mail and I try to use in this place.. there are not accepting because the owner said no more capons!!!...., so why subway keep sending cupons in the mail if there stores are not going to accept it.!!!!!!

Hello, I feel that I have experienced discrimination. A clerk named Isabel at 107 Van Nuys Blvd. did not speak to me when she came out the back of the store. She just took my order. Some Hispanic customers walked in and she got all perked up and gave them a warm welcome. I made a comment that I didn’t get greeted that way and she started getting loud with me. We went back and forth after that. I come to this subway (store 1257-0) every two weeks right before I get my nails done next door and the same woman is rude. She said that I’m rude to her and complain. I have never complained. She gets upset when I ask for additional items…not sure why that makes her mad. Also, she kept picking food from another container out out the spinach that she was adding to mr sandwich.Isabel should be fired, she has zero customer service skills for all customers apparently except for the Hispanic customers. I like subway and would like to continue visiting the store. At the very least Isabel needs additional training. I will keep complaining until something is done about this woman. Every time I walk in this location I get anxiety when I realize she has to help me.Please please please do something about this lady…The condiments also look very old especially the lettuce. I would hate to get sick and have to send a complaint about cross contamination of food.Subway please do better with the staff that is hired…customers come first and if Isabel is working there only the Hispanic customers come first.I will be adding this complaint and store to Yelp and Google Review.Thank you!I have complained via the Subway site per the instructions of the automated phone message. I have filed 2 complaints and I have not heard back from one customer service representative.It is too bad that Subway has no respect for a customer that has had a horrible customer service experience. The food was old and shriveled up as well and you’re serving that to humans.People work hard everyday and when we go to a place of business or a restaurant, people expect what is advertised and we deserve the best service since we’re spending our hard earned money.I am disappointed that I have not received so much as an response to my complaint(s) from a month ago.Since it seems like Subway represents discrimination, I’ll never eat your nasty, old, Leftover, reused, cross contaminated, reused, germ filled (during COVID), aired out, sitting out, shriveled, uncared for, talked over by employees food again.I will be contacting the health department regarding the restaurant’s food conditions and the better business bureau for the customer service at store 1257 in Sherman Oaks, on Van Nuys Blvd.Isabel is a racist, rude employee that should be fired!!!!Thanks.

Horrible experience at this subway Came on a Tuesday afternoon and the women working here did not greet me or seem happy in anyway to work here. Okay no problem, it's just Subway. What irked me even more was how long it's took for them to make 2 footling subs?! I chose subway for a reason Let's move on to the fact that this is the only subway that does not take coupons? Okay, I would have liked to know that before I walked into the store. Tell me why I paid over $20 for two footlong tuna subs. What a rip off! Finally got home and the tuna had an awful fishy taste. Could tell it was sitting there for a lot longer than it should have. Very nasty This location is .5 miles from my house but won't catch me here again. DO BETTER

go to another Subway. spent 25 bucks on 2 sandwiches and the women yelled at me for taking too many napkins. also didn't charge me for the drink than noticed as I was leaving and made me pay more. Rude, Unprofessional and ridiculous. pass this one by for another option.

Cluster F#@k. First, neither of the ladies working was very confident of their English so, there was a problem before anything happened. But one woman would only nod and say "Yes?" pointing quickly towards the start of the ingredients. I ordered a 6 inch tuna but immediately she is making a salami something sub and pointing to the toppings and saying "Yes?" I told her I had a coupon, and she says they don't take the coupons!!!! This is a major, branded company, there's no consistency across the stores? She points at the coupon to do the explaining for her, but I can't read that fine print. The other lady says "we don't take them, the manager says we don't have to." Nice attitude behind the rule: We don't have to.The radio was playing some hip-hop station way too loud. The guy in line ahead of us was having difficulties as we came in, and I assumed he was some weirdo. Nope, he was just good and frustrated by the time came to pay. So was I. Why do some stores get to ignore the coupons knowing full well that once a person is there in the store they are likely unwilling to go drive elsewhere. So, they get the benefit of the brand advertising, they know many of those disappointed over the coupons will buy something anyway. I had no choice, subs were requested but I wound up paying about $27 dollars, the coupon was 3 footlongs for $17.99. And, they were just hosed with oil and vinegar which was not appreciated 15 minutes later when unwrapped.I used to work there years ago. The place is like a vending machine now.

Omg Im not crazy (the comment below this proves it!). I have repeatedly experienced rudeness from this young lady and I didn't want to admit that race may very well be the reason. But it can't be denied anymore. Isabel shows favortism to those that look like her And frank disregard for any one else. I hope something really does get done. Otherwise I love subway- too bad this employee gives it a horrible look. IF YOU ARE ANY background OTHER THAN LATINO/LATINX - keep riding to the next subway! Ignorance = racism ‍

I went in and asked for extra spinach and these 2 girls in there that barely speak English told me they won't give me extra spinach cuz they don't have a button to charge me for extra. Then they said go to food for less if I want more. Veggies are free tho. Horrible
