We waited 20 minutes and were then successfully ignored... they apparently didn't need it. Apparently because of too few staff… three people for the outside area with three occupied tables???We've been there several times and have always been satisfied, but we don't have to put up with that.

The food is delicious and abundant, the prices are a little high but the dishes are well worth it. We chose to sit outside and the service was terrible, the waitress never brought us the welcome bread, it took her a while to take our order. We stayed alone because we were already there and we were hungry and didn't want to drive somewhere else.

Cheesecake Factory Sherman Oaks.This once greatbestablishment is a terribke example of how incompetance succeeds despite itself.The service sucks badly!Managers are utterky incompetant and consistently so. Complaints are ignored and not resolved, service staff are quite innept, and when they make errirs, (which is about everytije I give them another chance) they do nothing to fix their mistakes.This is not based on one tine, but on several yeaes of givibg them ops to get it right.If corp execs ate tgeirvin annynimty tgeyvwould be shocked! I'm quire stunned they survive at all.

This location is clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Sign up for the birthday club for you free piece of cheesecake. The birthday cake cheesecake was delicious and much better at room temperature. Ten out of ten recommend.Parking: Paid street parking or huge parking garage hard to find spots

Been to this location many many times...but today was a disappointment our server was not paying attention to our orders and got most of them wrong, and after we told him it was wrong it appeared that he didn't care.....furthermore he never came to check on us to see if everything was okay.......what a shame

Cheesecake is amazing so highly recommend that but the pasta from the low calorie menu was so bad I wouldn’t eat it if someone paid me to eat it ☠️Service was alright. Atmosphere is alright. It’s exactly what you would probably expect. Also you have to pay for parking even though you get it validated like LOl?

After waiting for 1 hour and a half from Doordash they canceled my order and I called the restaurant to speak with the manager they refused to connect me with the manager! Sucks
It was an awesome experience with really friendly waiters. The waiter also helped to validate my parking ticket.

First, I haven't been to cheesecake factory in over 5 years. That said, I used to like the food quite a bit, though it was always excessively expensive for its quality. I always figured that people, myself included, dine at this restaurant because of the atmosphere more than food quality.Nowadays, this place's price per plate has literally doubled since covid. The mexicali salad was small, and the $6.50 chicken breast i ordered with it came from the smallest chicken I've likely ever seen... my friend spent $13.50 for a SINGLE slice of cheesecake... the cheesecake here is certainly not worth even half the price...the gluten free & vegan cheesecake from Rainbow Acres was far cheaper and tastes quite a bit better too...As far as the service goes, they repeatedly had 15-30 minutes between coming by to check on the table or refill drinks. It was ridiculous that when they say, 'I'll be back in 5 minutes,' it took 20 before they came back to take our order...I don't plan to ever come back to a cheesecake factory store ever again if I can avoid it; I will go so far as to pay the bill for my 4 friends to go LITERALLY anywhere else to eat in the future.

The chicken in the pastas is nasty. Not clean enough. Feels rubbery when eating it. Service is too slow. We were in the table waiting for 30 min to get asked what we wanted to order. Then 40 min took the food to arrive at our table. They brought half of the order while the rest in the table were waiting and staring at the one that got their food first. Not nice. All food should arrive at the same time and in a timely manner. Besides all the wait... I can't eat their chicken ever again. So gross.
