Exactly what I excepted to taste…… Super yummy ? I went to the one in Ventura location. Super clean and professional. The one located in LA is super gross and screams infection.Anywho?!? I ordered the ultimate Cookie Monster and scoop of mango sorbet. The sweet bread was deliciousDefinitely will be back!!!

I don't know if the ice cream is delicious, I couldn't taste it. I came with a hundred dollars in cash and they didn't have change. Isn't it the seller's job to make sure that there is change at the checkout?

We had the Dolly Lama and the Cinnalover shakes. I liked the Dolly Lama best because it wasn't super sweet. The Cookie Monster had ice cream, milk, Oreo crumbs and chocolate sauce. The Cinnalover did not taste anything like horchata or cinnamon; very sweet! The Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping combined with the shake was good. If you trying to figure like me, what each house creation has on it, I have take some pics for you! ;) the main menu on the wall does not have the description, ONLY the pamphlet. Can you believe it! During my visit there were two girls working each, on one order. The wait was long! It made me think what would happen, if they were really busy! That would be recipe for disaster! Lol They need a better prep system. Wouldn't be more efficient to have all the ingredients and equipment for the shakes close to each other??? The girl who prep our shake was going back and forth to get them done

Delicious desserts and patient staff. You can't go wrong with a bubble waffle. Portions are on the bigger side so we usually get the kids size. Love the OG Dolly llama flavor with blue ice cream. The ambiance is very bright and cute. The staff is always nice and patient when building our own dessert. Love the little patio in the back with artificial turf.

Freshly made waffles and different variety toppings in the cute Dolly Llama box.The Parking: There are a few parking spots right behind the store. Street metered parking in front. If you don't mind walking a little bit more, there are free residential street parking on Moorpark St.I love their outdoor seating area at the back. Great place to relax & enjoy my desserts!
I've been wanting to try the dolly llama since it opened and finally came around to it today. I ordered a plain waffle with whipped cream and strawberries -- the waffle was NOT fresh at all. It was lumpy and hard. And their coffee maker was broken. Disappointing!

I'm a list of ice cream places to visit I stumbled upon this while going to my doctors didn't know there was a location here in Ventura Boulevard! So like a kid a ran inside and luckily they were open, since it was early during the weekday. Looked at the menu didn't know they had so many waffles and Fresh too, as I scan the menu I find my favorite ice cream on the board and all the amazing specials dissipated in the background. So I move on and get my mint and chip ice cream. Their scoops are rather large but no complaints here. I took the first bite and it was the perfect ratio of chocolate chips and mint ice cream the only complaint is that there is a little freezer burn, but it was so slight that it didn't bother. This location was super cute because they actually have seating area and the whole back area like picnic style that you can bring your family or friends to chitchat! Can't wait to try the next time!

The bubble waffle cone was fine, but they're basically charging $12 for a $3.50 scoop of ice cream. Service was fine, but nothing special. Both tables out front were dirty, even though there weren't any other customers. Might go back to try the shakes, but definitely not in any rush.
