This place should be closed, the cashier arrived and was friendly but the food was disgusting. At the time I realized that everything was overheated but I decided to continue eating and not make a problem. Bad decision, I got sick! And pay almost 20 dollars for something that vomits after 15 minutes WHAT A GREAT PLACE!

Listen to the reviews posted. I've gone to other flame broiler locations where the food has been really delicious and fresh. Here, the chicken is so dry and stale. It tastes like it had been made days ago. The owner refused to give a refund. He pointed to the refund policy on the wall posted in very small writing. Obviously does not care about keeping clientele. Horrible service and disgusting food. No wonder no one else was in the restaurant when I got there. Would never come back here again. Save your money and time, don't come here.I rarely write reviews but this deserves one.

Its pretty bad when they serve customers old chicken from like the day before where you can taste the nasty old chicken. The same with the soggy vegetablesThe restaurant had a heavy smell with no AC turned on and had 2 people there, which should have been a clue for us to leave, but unfortunately we didnt....I always eat Flamer Broiler at other locations and have never had an issue, but this location is horrible.I even emailed their corporate office to let them know, but it doesnt look like they care, because no one ever responded back

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. DO NOT COME HERE. I thought people were exaggerating when they said the chicken was dry, but they were NOT wrong. Not only is this chicken the dryest chicken ever, it is also extremely unseasoned and it takes FOREVER to chew. On top of that, the steak is the exact same. Dry and unseasoned. And to make matters worse, the rice is smooshy and squishy and watery. WORST FLAME BROILER EVER. I can guarantee I will not be coming back. They need to fire whoever is cooking in that kitchen otherwise, this place will go out of business QUICK.

Food was ready quickly. Unfortunately we were given chicken for one of the bowls we had ordered steak and paid $4 more but didn't realize til we were already on the road back home.

Never again. Charged twice for what tasted like old food. Was told my credit card didn't go through and they ran my card again. I checked my account as I waited for my food and noticed both charges. The staff person was kind called the manager and assured me one charge would be taken off within 24 hours. After a week of pending the second charge was never removed.

Looking for a healthier fast food option? This is it. Teriyaki chicken and beef with rice. The plate isn't worth the $$. Small iceberg salad and an orange wedge added on. Still no veggies The meat is always freshly cooked I hate that veggies are an upgrade, I might as well go to Panda.

Only one girl working the beef and chicken are burnt and dry I paid 32$ for burnt and dry food. The only thing good was the rice. It’s really bad disappointing:( won’t be coming back.
