I love getting their food after school because it’s close by and there’s a bunch of options that I like a lot. I like their sandwich the most because the sauce they put in it tastes really good with the chicken, and their place is close by in the LA area so I don’t have to drive out too far to get a good meal.Kid-friendliness: I go with my little brother sometimes when I pick him up afterschool and the workers are so kind and there’s non-spicy options for the food that me and my lil brother can enjoy :D great place and great service too

Ordered the Combo #1 chicken sandwich, no spice. Crinkle cut fries were really good; loved the seasoning. Sandwich was also good. The slaw, sauce, and pickles went really well together.They also had an example of the types of bread you could choose from. I got the bun instead of the French roll. Asked to sub mac and cheese instead of fries but he couldn't do it.Small joint. Only two tables that seat two people, probably just for people waiting for to-go orders, but you could eat there if you wanted.

Normally my go to at a chicken sandwich shop is a sandwich; but I recently tried the bowls too and oh ma gawd! It's so so good! Honestly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! And the staff is always so happy and helpful! This place is one of my go to sandwich shops!

Food was super pricey, and a limited menu. The food was just ok. Not a lot of flavor ... just "heat" if you order spicy. Coating recipe nothing special. 2 meals and fried pickles over $50.00 for take out. Parking is very limited nothing welcoming or warm about the place.

The portions were good sized. We got the 2 sandwiches' with fries deal and we left feeling full. I was glad we went with mild, it was spicey and if I had gone with hot, it might have been too spicey. The prepared the food fresh to order. They have a few tables set up in front of the counter but I wouldn't call it a dining room food was served in "to go" containers. Most of their business appears to be delivery or people picking it up and taking it to go.Overall it was good!

Honestly, I can't believe that I haven't written a review for this place yet.This has been a go-to place for the hubs and I during the pandemic. So honestly, I can say that I've only gotten delivery from them. Lol I don't even know where they are actually located. So please don't ask me to talk about their location or what the place looks like cuz I don't know. If I ever do drive there or eat in... I will definitely update this review. :) I can say that the food is normally quite good. They do have some consistency issues but overall it's alright.I've gotten their tacos, their questions, their burritos and their... omg I forgot the dish's name. It's basically a burrito without the tortilla. It's their bowl type dish. Overall, everything is ok. Nothing really jumps out at you as the fan favorite. Just be warned though that even if you order their mildest level, it still packs a punch. My husband always got their mild and would have issues as it was too spicy for him. So if you want your stuff without any heat, you gotta specify, "zero spice" as even the fries come with spicy seasoning on it. I would pass on their Mac n cheese as it was not that good. The pasta was mush and it was the runny type of Mac n cheese which I don't like. But if that is how you like yours, you'll love their Mac n cheese then. Their coleslaw is ok on its own but as part of the burrito, Taco or their bowl, it's a definite necessity. So no I wouldn't order the coleslaw on its own BUT I would definitely get it on their dishes as it keeps the dishes from getting too heavy. This place is definitely on my rotation for delivery when I'm feeling too lazy to cook.

First time eating Kluckin was the other day, taking my father out to lunch.Upon my arrival, I was greeted by an extremely nice gentleman. It took me a second to learn the menu, which he explained to us thoroughly, where even my foreign father could understand completely. He was very patient with us due to it being our first time, which I really appreciated. We ordered two #1s, with a side of fried pickles. I had drove past Kluckin many times before, but never did I think it would blow me away like it has. The chicken was juicy, the crinkle cut fries were perfectly crisp, and the sauce was amazing. The fried pickles were some of the best I've ever had! My dad and I both left our plates empty. The place is pretty small with a few tables, and a nice TV mounted on the wall for some quick entertainment. They do a lot of take out orders, so you can tell they put up that TV for drivers to sit and watch while waiting to pick up their order. Little things like that don't go unnoticed.Shout out to the outstanding team at Kluckin for a wonderful experience, and for making the world a better place. It's rare to find a spot where the employees are so nice, along with such great food. Thank you! Will surely see you again soon.
