My girlfriend was treating me to lunch for my birthday. We walked in around 12:15. Not one person was there. We sat down and noticed that the menu was to be scanned by phone. So we decided what we wanted and was there about 20 min there was a man behind the bar. And he was busy talking phone orders. The never acknowledged us. Another 10 min we decided to leave. He said where are you going we said you never even said hello to us. He said you have to order at the bar. There was no sign anywhere to say that. Never again!!!

Place is cool and they have a pretty decent size menu and good variety drinks.Happy hour is all day on weekends , only thing they need to update there online menu and prices and it does tend to get pretty crowded. You can get milkshakes regular or boozy. Only thing is order them before 930 pmOther than that it's a cool little place.Parking: Parking is street parking.or park in the lot across the street .

The food was horrible. The best thing was the lettuce. Super oily. Everything had one flavor: Oil. It’s a place to come and have a Drink and watch spots. Not to eat. The service wasn’t great either. I felt like I came to bother when I was ordering my food. I didn’t want to ask more questions and paid quickly. I had sweet potato fries. Just ask for oil and I’ll be the same. They also put cherry tomatoes in my burger instead of regular a tomato slice. Cherry tomatoes have a very unique flavor and it just doesn’t go with a burger. They were bitter.

Love the happy hour here! The fried pickles are AMAZING - pickle strips deep fried like they’re chicken. Spicy margarita & regular margarita, both so yummy.

Came to visit here for the first time, it had 4.4 stars thought I’d be a good idea to try their happy hour. I literally sat for 25 minutes before anyone said anything in regard to greeting me and how it worked that I had to go up to the bar to order what I wanted. I guess they didn’t take orders at the table when a customer sits down??‍♂️ last time I come here that’s for sure. They don’t even smile or have manners or politeness I don’t understand. If you’re not happy with your job or like what you do you should look at something different. ??‍♂️ maybe it’s just me.

This is one of my top ten places to go in LA. The service and vibe are amazing. The happy hour salmon tacos are my favorite!

The food was really good and I loved the shake I shared with my partner, but there was very prickly vibes at the bar... we chose to eat outside because of the glares we got from who I can assume are the regulars. There was no waiter or waitress but still had a 3% dine in for waiting and tip??? I tipped 20% and then immediately regretted it since we didn't have a waiter. It was pretty expensive, but the food was good. I'll try going back during the day and maybe it will be better, but for now that's my rating!

First time visiting this establishment. We came here to celebrate our cycle instructor's birthday. We had brunch, not a whole lot of items on the menu but the items that they did have were really good. The environment was like a small sports bar. There were about 10 of us in our group, they had a long table that sat us all.

Very cozy bar with good vibes. The drinks were good and the food was good too (my partner's burger was great but the fish I had was very bland. Probably my fault for ordering fish and chips at a place called the tipsy cow lol). The service was...not so great. The bar tenders don't really make eye contact with you so its hard to catch their attention unless you stand up or wave your hand around. We were literally two of only three people sitting at the bar and tried to get the bar tender's attention for like 20 mins straight. We weren't in a rush but it was almost laughable how he wasn't paying any attention to us or checking on us while we stared him down. Overall a pretty good time though!Parking: It's behind the bar. There are very few spots.

Tipsy Cow is definitely a popular spot on Ventura Blvd. Came here for happy hour with some girlfriends on a Friday night. They have a few cocktails for $10 on the happy hour menu as well as $9 meals. I went with the chicken sliders (mashed potatoes inside) and the buffalo tots. They have some tables indoors and lots of outdoor seating. They also have a kids meals for kids 10 and under. There is not really a wait staff so you can order your food and drinks at the bar areaVery small parking lot in the back and metered street parking.

Could not say enough wonderful things about this place! I host a weekly film club here and we feel like we're part of the family. The bar tenders (we typically see Jose, Jade, and Danika) are so fun and they go above and beyond to make sure we feel welcome. The drinks and food are so amazing and the environment is lively without being too loud. We love Tipsy Cow!

Went there on a Saturday night to try it out. The place was busy, and we went inside to get in line to place our order. Ordered fried pickles, mini chicken burgers, Buffalo cauliflower, and a couple of tipsy mules. Staff seemed tired and cranky. The available tables weren't bused, but I get it. I've been there...ending a long day in the service industry on a busy night with drunk and rude customers. I have never had fried pickles and enjoyed them. Taken aback with the mini burger as it had potato salad in it. The buffalo cauliflower and drinks were okay.
