This is my favorite place to get açai in all of LA!!! The Sherman Oaks location is super clean and always has the best service and high quality ingredients. Special thanks to Suzane and Laura for all of their hard-work and good energy. They always take such great care of us and we enjoy the experience so much when they are working. Updating my review from 5 years ago to once again express my gratitude and appreciation for the fine service and beautiful people that tirelessly work here at the Sherman Oaks location. A tip of my cap to Melina who has recently been promoted and she brings her grace and flair from Sao Paolo and with a warm smile prepares Brazil's national dish of Açaí - I am here often and can attest that the quality of the food and cleanliness of the store has only improved by leaps and bounds over the past few months. Also to be commended is Suzane who loves to tell you about her hometown of Manaus near the Amazon River Jessi is another star that makes me always feel welcome and the two Matthews are terrific guys as well and I can't forget Dahlia who is a real sweetheart. Stop by and enjoy the chance to try incredible açaí and with so many toppings and choices it can be a new experience each time you visit Keep up the wonderful work superstars

poor customer service, the working staff there are very rude, and I saw one of the girls mess with someone elses car not so long ago, it's just messed up.

Every time I come to this location, I never have issues with their customer service, their açaí is delicious, less on the sweeter side (compared to Jamba and Robeks) which I prefer. During my visits the process has been swift and clean. Very casual, small location. DIFFICULT to find parking. This plaza is popular for ALL restaurants. So be ready to search for a while for parking..

Deserve to have 5 stars for acai. But 0 stars for the staff. The ladies are rude. Or maybe because they don’t speak fluent english. I was asking for a milk powder I usually order for several times already but she gave me a different one. I head back and told them that it was the wrong one but they insisted again. Making me feel I am lying. She even “commanded” to throw the “milk powder” (she insisted it was the one) it away in the trash which I did not do. Not even saying SORRY, first for the inconvenience they’ve done. Or even asking what was the one I am trying to look for. I’ve been buying acai in this location and this was the first time I encountered such ill mannered staff.

I ordered an açaí bowl with strawberries, granola, and coconut flakes for delivery. What I got was a granola/coconut flake bowl with a tiny bit of açaí at the bottom. They completely left out the strawberries. I've tried calling the store about 20 times with no answer. I would give a 0 star rating since I've received 0 customer service.

I love this place!! You can choose whatever base and whatever toppings you want which is one of my favorite things and the portion sizes are pretty big. Definitely recommend! The staff was super friendly and it was a pretty chill spot!
