This place always hits the spot! We tried their mini pigs in a blanket with cheese and loved them!! This location is always consistent and really quick. They had quite a line on Black Friday and I was surprised how quickly we got through it. I'm really picky about my lemonades, but I was pleasantly surprised with their strawberry lemonade, it didn't not have that artificial taste at all.

This was the 2-3rd time getting the pepperoni pretzel bites and they are all burnt. Tried to warm them up and not edible at all. Next time I'm going to check them at the register before I leave. Need to train the worker how to use a simple oven with a timer.

Great snack during shopping at the mall. The only time we get pretzels. Wetzel's Pretzels are always fresh and delicious. A bit too buttery and salty for me but my kids love it. The service here at this location is always good. I noticed how prices tripled in the last two years which is unfortunate. Paid over $9 for pretzel bites and one cheese spread. Overall a great place to grab some snacks.

I had order pick up for Uber eat yesterday in that time the mall already close but the store should get the order and make before they close then sent the driver to pick up right? The worker so rude and just ignore me to pick up then said only we close ,we close and keep talking with another guy. I show the order pick up in my phone but her just keep ignore... BAD SERVICE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! service was HORRIFIC. the guy serving us looked like he was high and of course had to take his sweet old time counting everyone lf the pretzel bites. i cant belive the service quality at this location. there was a huge line and they were too slow. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK although the pretzels were quite yummy. GO TO AUNTIE ANNES INSTEAD

Food was awesome but their prices suck. For the price of a pretzel, lemonade, and cheese (which I consider to be a snack) I could have paid less for a full meal at the food court.
Bad customer service, had to ask for dipping sauce the lady rudely said it’s extra. I don’t mind paying but never had someone have an attitude cause I asked? She throws it in my bag which I noticed broke everywhere and said fine, I didn’t charge you. Yes because you broke it and had seen you had done that, she also was giving dirty looks the whole time... she’s younger and not at all happy working with customers I wish I hadn’t spent money here.

Pretzels are very tasty but there is no such thing as safe baking here because Brandon who helped us does not wear his mask at all. And when I mentioned to one of the other folks behind the counter, she did not care. So why do they tell us we have to wear masks and tell us that they are wearing masks if that's actually not true?

I stopped by Wetzels Pretzels for a quick bite. They are located on the ground level of Westfield Fashion Center in Sherman Oaks. I got cheesy dog bites ($7.49). They were just okay. Not too fresh and too oily on the bottom. The service was just okay as well (me being the only customer). On the way back, they were giving out Cin-A-Bitz, small pretzel bites covered with cinnamon and sugar. Those were really good and fresh.
