As a devoted worshiper of Sushi, I had to try out this little spot right in the middle of the extremely lively and crowded food court area at Westfield Mall. It has some strong competition with Panda Express, Chipotle, Philly Cheesestakes all squeezed next door. I gravitated towards this establishment because of the eye-catching sushi photos on display. The prices are high, some rolls about $16, but it looked fresh. I took a leap of faith and ordered a Popcorn Roll and my favorite go to, The Philadelphia Roll, love me that cream cheese. Don't judge. The portions were large, it was enough to satisfy me and my boyfriend. The fish itself was very fresh and high quality. Very generous portions of cream cheese, and Avocados. Loved the fried longostino on the Popcorn Roll. I admit they could have been better but for a mall location it was way better than expected. The employees were very nice too and gave me tons of napkins and soy sauce. I appreciate that. I'd definitely come back!

They make good sushi and boba. Haven’t tried their poke yet. We ordered their crunchy California roll, and a spicy tuna crunch roll. Really yummy, good flavors, well prepared, and a good value.Parking: The food court is right next two a huge, free mall parking lot. Plenty of easy and free parking.

I gave this place a try twice, once when it was new and once today. $70 worth of lunch to feed three went to trash trash. First time when they first opened, I got a few hand rolls and they weren't good. I figure they're just starting. Maybe they get a hang of things. After a few years today, I see that they're still there so I figured why not give them a second chance. It's gotten worse from when I first tried it, and the service wasn't anything to write about.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! My friend ate at this place a bit over a week ago and ended up in the ER because the sushi they served was contaminated. She had chronic constipation and diarrhea for days. She said the sushi was served warm. You cannot serve raw fish warm because it leads to bacterial growth, this is completely unprofessional unhygienic. For the price you pay for these sushi rolls and for the service you get, WOW Benito & Roll is the absolute worst. One day this place is gonna get sued for sure or shut down by the health department.

The service is the only reason for one star. The staff was nice and friendly. The food was horrible. The California roll was hot and not compactly rolled. The shrimp sushi consists of two pieces of filtered shrimp on rice. Considering it cost $7 it was not worth it. The drink was okay but the popping Boba was horrible. We will not go back.

? Dropped into WOW Bento & Roll on a whim - and honestly, the name set higher expectations than what was delivered. The sushi was alright, nothing too special, and the service was just okay. Maybe I picked the wrong day to visit, but I've had better sushi experiences elsewhere in the city. Might give it another shot sometime in the future, but for now, it's a pass for me. ?

Wanted a boba and this was the only place in the food court. There were like 5 employees and I had to flag one down to order. She was rude and unfriendly, boba was $7 and tapiocas were stale. No one seemed friendly and even though I love poke, I didn't come back here for lunch.

pretty bad. i wouldn't eat here again. there's so much rice. the tuna was definitely not fresh at all. the lobster was overly cited in the breading to the point that it was chewy and would get stuck in my teeth.

Definitely was just here about to order and saw a worker lick their fingers and then open the rice cooker

So bad. A waste of $20 for a poke bowl. Two bites into it and I had to throw it away. It didn't taste fresh at all, I should've known considering it's mall food.

Great sushi! Came here and got two rolls for $16 each (they were specialty rolls) and it was way too much food! They packed each box with tons of popcorn lobster, krab, etc. It was delicious, flavorful, and you would definitely be full from only one roll. They also serve simpler rolls for cheaper prices, and they don't take too long either. The seating area around the place is plentiful so you shouldn't have an issue finding a seat, even on a Saturday.
