It's my fault I didn't realize that this place was part of the mall food court. So I was taken aback by first but tried it anyways. The burgers didn't really look like what I was seeing on IG and lacked flavor so it was a bit disappointing. The simple one was the best one. The fries were decent but I wish they told us the bites flight came with fries. The cashier was very nice but while watching them make the food, they all looked a bit lost and frazzled. This was weird to me because they only had one order to make. I think bitez does a lot of social media marketing and didn't really live up to the hype - overall though not the worst mall food I've had but also not anything worth mentioning.

We drove all the way here from Pasadena And arrived at 7:47p and the Girl behind the counter says SORRY WE ARE CLOSED. EXCUSE ME?! Your posted hours are until 8pm. If you close at 7:45p POST 7:45p!! We saw this spot on IG and took off at 7:03 to get to A MALL...which means then you have to park in a parking garage and walk what felt like 4 blocks to the FOOD COURT!! This is so FOUL!! I came here just for this place. Do Better Management- since the healthy girl with glasses kept blaming this ON YOU! Saying "They Want Us Out of Here by 8pm on the DOT!!" I said "BULLCRAP! What They want is my $55 Dollars for $2 worth of food cost!!" Get it together!

So quick disclaimer, I went and traveled to this place because the menu intrigued me, and didn't notice that it's under new management, and part of the menu is no longer available, of course my fault, bummer, so with that out of the way, this place is a tier above any fast food location, I would recommend this over McDonald's, Jack in box, Burger King, you get my drift. I do not recommend driving across town just for this, but if you are in the area, yeah, I suggest you give it a try if your in the mood for burger. And the service was really friendly,Parking: The location is actually in the mall on second floor in food court

Had the slider flight with classic, impossible, chicken, and mushroom. All were incredible! Beef quality is really good and everything has a fresh homemade taste. The sauces are on point, especially the honey mustard sauce on the chicken slider.Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and impossible sliders for vegetarians

Amazing quality sliders, fries, and Oreo milkshake! The beef patties were soooo delicious and high quality. My fave is the Classic Bite. The fries had the right crispiness and seasoning. The Oreo shake had lots of Oreo pieces in them and was overall very fresh and well made, not too sweet either which I love. Please guys, go try it out! I don't want this place to go out of business lol. They def need a better marketing strategy and def need to use social media to their advantage. Also it's weird they're in a food court of the crappy and ratchet West Covina Mall. They should have their own standalone store front. I could see this place getting big with the right marketing and business strategy team. Great job guys!! Get on your advertising game!!

Came to the food court for a quick bite and noticed this new spot I wasn't too hungry and liked that they had smaller portions and I'm so happy I tried em the burger was DELICIOUS I can't wait to go back and try the fries ! And the service was just as great, very kind and polite :-)
Been wanting to try this and I'm finally glad I did, obviously not cheap burgers but they aren't made cheap either. Everything was surprisingly flavorful. My go too are the flight with two of the original and two of the simple burger and oreo shake and some wings. Also the service was great I was unable to get names but it was two young men (assuming gender) Hispanic and white (assuming race) They were beyond polite and ran the store as if it was their own business hard to find great employees these days but they two guys were great.

This is located on the second floor food court. They serve sliders and milkshakes and wings. I got a #3 combo with chicken, mushroom, and classic.The food was pretty good for fast food sliders! If you want to try a little bit of different cravings this would be a good place . Fries were crispy and deliciousThe service was amazing! Belen is a joy and made my experience better with her wonderful self. I have been to Bitez once before and they were also the one who helped me then. She's genuinely friendly and great!.

I drove all the way over here from LA to try this place and let me tell you, It was worth the drive. The service was great and the sliders and fries were TOP TIER. Also the lemonade isn't too sweet and you get free refills. I'll be a returning customer.

This place is soo amazingly delicious! We are surprised that its not the busiest in the food court!! Its made to order so there is a little wait but it is Worth it!! We came tonight for valentines day and they were closing early but the girl stayed and made our order because my fam and I were Really forward to having dinner here tonight for valentines. Come support this place so it says opens for many years to come. Again, Thank you so much to the girl that took my order!
