“best pizza! great in-house bread“
“I’ve had my eye on this place for over a year and finally open in October 2023! They gave us a tour and demonstration of the whole brewery! They give free tasters upon request to see which craft beer you’d like more. The craft beers are very smooth with their own unique flavors. There is a big emphasis on quality food and drinks.“

“I went yesterday with my fiance, it was a little windy but we loved it! The beer selection was really innovative and they tasted really good! The place itself gave us a really nice vibe. There is a large indoor and outdoor seating area. Loved seeing the family friendly vibes as well. Seeing the brewery machines it was really cool. The live band and the vendors outside were really nice and we really had an amazing day. We got a lot of merch and different types of beers and seltzer to take home. I recommend this place to go with family and friends, you will have a blast!“
“Nice little small brewery tucked away in a small part of long beach. Parking isnt too bad if you come on a non busy day. I actually came on a Saturday and there was parking out back. Ordered the ddemon and red. Both were really good quality. Definitely a must to stop out.“

“Best craft beers in Signal Hill. Love that they have more non IPAs than IPAs in their taps. My favorite beer was the Holly Blonde Ale. Crisp and refreshing. Ordered the margarita pizza and after coming back from indulging on pizza in Italy for 2 week, this margarita holds up.“

“Great place for unique craft beer“
“This brewery is so well hidden you'd never know it was there. Thankfully I'm always looking for new breweries to go to and this one I've had circled for a minute. I finally got a chance to go and at first sight the menu wasn't too impressive to my tastes. However, I do enjoy a good Hef and that's what I got. It was hands down one of the best beers I've ever tasted. I enjoy tasting new beers, I hardly ever stick with one beer and have it over and over again. But this Hef, I could picture myself doing that, it was so refreshing. The carbonation was on point and the flavor was outstanding. I also tried the hoppy Pilsner and I'm not a fan of strong hops. I do however enjoy the smell of hops and that beer smelled very hoppy but it didn't taste hoppy. It was magnificent. I really enjoyed my visit here. The taproom was very clean and it was a nice space. The service was outstanding. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgable. I'll definitely be coming back here. .“

“Love this place! The energy, environment and vibe is great. The place is awesome and the people are really nice. It is also veteran owned! They have a great selection of beer from dark to light IPA is blonde, red, stout. There is plenty of places to sit for small or large parties or gatherings. It looks like they also set up for some type of maybe music or night. There is also a good selection for pizza, which is brick oven pizza. Definitely will go back here!“

“Nice little neighborhood brewery with a mini parking lot and plenty of street parking. The beertender was a nice guy and gave my husband a couple of splashes to help him decide which beer to choose. Looks like they are set up for some game playing a small stage for live music. Kind of quiet when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Seems like a great place for guys to get together.“

“A great group of people. Chester gave us a free pizza when our 2 year old knocked most of it off the table onto the floor (we didn’t even ask, he just walked over and offered). We’ve been plenty times before and will always recommend to friends to go visit.“
