I wish I had taken pictures of my food but it was too late I devoured it all. Highly recommend this place, will definitely return. I was a first time customer today and the cashier Grace was wonderful! She taught me the menu and was very polite and helpful. Another cool factor is they have one of those freestyle soda machines where you scan a QR code and have a touch less soda experience. Can't wait to try the milkshakes next!!!

Being my first time here, I wanted to try something different. I tried the lamb burger and asked for it without onions. When I opened it at home, there were onions inside. My burger also tasted like a foot and was quite salty. Therefore, I would not recommend this place for the lamb burger. I have yet to try the actual burger which my husband said was okay tasting.

This is the best gluten free burger I've had since Fatburger. I live by here and eat here frequently, every burger I've tried from here is exceptional.

I can't believe this place is still open...? We have been getting coupons during the COVID and so we tried calling several times to place an order. Each time no one answers the phone and they don't respond to emails either. I saw a notification on Google that said it was permanently closed - maybe they should take a hint since it seems you need to go in there to place an order. No thanks- if they don't care to answer phone or emails then the obviously don't need the business

I don't understand their concept, the whole thing was confusing to me. We decided on a family box. 4 angus burgers and 4 crispy chicken sandwiches, with fries and wings. All burgers/ sandwiches came with sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The bun was super sweet, the hockey puck patties were under seasoned. The vegetables were fresh and crispy. The chicken was underwhelming. The potatoes are little disks, that were over cooked and under seasoned. The wings were big and meaty but the sauce was scarce and the skin was soggy. To top it off, as I'm waiting for my order to go, I noticed tables were not being wiped down after guest left. The soda machine is one of those touch screen options. Customers are using it repeatedly without anyone wiping it down. Unfortunately I don't see myself returning.

This is my second time here. The first time was pretty good, we ordered the trio burger, the duo burger, and 2 sides of fries. Tonight we ordered the same thing since it was good the first time... The burgers were so overcooked we just tossed them, the fries were hard and ended up throwing them out too. We won't be returning. $30 in the trash

I was excited to try this place so I came by for lunch last week. I'm not familiar with the menu so i briefly looked it over. The kid behind the counter asked if i was ready so i asked him about the veggie options and turkey burger. He told me people don't really order the turkey burger so i stayed away in case it wasn't fresh. I asked if i could get the impossible burgers but prepared like regular burgers with normal toppings: cheese, lettuce, onion etc not the ones it comes with. He said i couldn't get it like that. I said so i have to take it the way it comes and he said yes. I said wow okay that's too bad you guys can't customize and that i guess I'll go somewhere else. What's up with that?? Disappointed.

I don't know how they do it...But these ARE the burgers that I remember from my childhood in the 70's and 80's. Like a backyard barbeque - only better. I have never written a review this short, but that says it all. Go try it and see.

I decided to give this place a try on my lunch break. I ordered two burger sliders and was up-charged $2 for plant based versions of the tiny sliders. I was told the house sauce came on the sliders....yet when I got back to work, there was NO SAUCE, NO KETCHUP, NO MUSTARD, NO MAYONNAISE, NOTHING except pickles, onion, and tomatoes. The veggie patty was decent, but I had to eat a disgusting DRY burger. This was especially aggravating since these 2 small sliders and a side of onion rings were nearly $15 dollars! I am so annoyed and will cross this place of my list. It was slow and I was their only customer so there was no reason to screw up my order.

Could be a great place, but... They oversalt their meats to the point of barely being edible. The last two times I've been there they had no carbonation for sodas. And as you can see in the photo, if you ask for ranch they give you about enough for three fries (charging $12 for a combo, do you need to nickle and dime the customers?)

Food tasted okay(got the Hawaiian salmon burger), but y'all really need to learn how to properly do a lettuce wrap. Throwing a thin piece of lettuce around a fully stocked burger is not the business. Also, might want to check the temperature on your oil vats cause these sweet potato fries I just got were cold and EXTREMELY soggy :(

Way to expensive, two meals cost $33.

I had to repeat the order 6 times and asked for the person to repeat the order back 3 times. My friend went to pick you the order and they stillGot the order incorrect. The French fries were not cooked crispy as requested and they put a regular burger instead of the veggie burger. We ordered only 4 items. Lastly, we paid for a large veggie burger and they gave us two small burgers when my friend came back the second time. Now, we know why the store in Ventura went under.

Honestly one of the best burger places I been at in a while in Simi Valley. the front staff lady was very kind when I went and got my order correct the first time! The people were fast, friendly and efficient and the burgers were amazing! 10/10
