The flavor of the shrimp, and clams were great but The fried oysters looked like they were half eaten. For 12 bucks I only got 3 pieces. I was very disappointed at the portions for the oysters.

I am not quite sure how to review this place. The food is great, although several items I would like to try are blacked out. The service is extremely friendly, but the speed of food delivery leaves something to be desired. These negative things may have something to do with the lack of available help and supplies. Finally, I would like a word with whomever designed the interior. I would like to find out why they think people like to dine on card tables in an abandoned factory. Just awful ambience.

Absolutely hands down the worst food! Clearly they have no idea how to do Cajun food. If you like bad Asian food then this is the place for you.

Went there on 5/15 for a late Mother's Day dinner. We had reservations for a party of 8 for outside dining. It was cold and they offered us to move inside as we arrived. That was great of them because it was a cold 7pm night. Order for drinks was taken and they arrived quickly. Questions asked and orders taken, so far so good. Garlic bread arrived, burnt and charred on both sides. Tasted more like charcoal bread than garlic bread. Salmon was extremely dry. Several of us ordered 1lb shrimp, but you DO NOT get 1lb. YOu get 15 shrimp. Every single person got 15 shrimp. Google it, standard shrimp you need 31-35 to be a pound. So it's more like 1/2 a pound of shrimp. They stopped by to ask how things were tasting, and not everyone had their food yet. I like that you're following up to make sure we're satisfied, but this means we have people with no food for how long and are still waiting? Do you not notice the 2 people sitting there with no plates? 1 more order came out then about 15 mins later the last one came out, they let us know there was a mix-up in the kitchen and his food was lost or served to someone else. In the end we ended up with 1/2 price for the last dinner item, and free soft drinks, but still ended up with a $240 bill for 8 people (with 1 being 1/2 off and free drinks). Don't forget, we were forced to pay an 18% gratuity because our party was 8 people. There was 1 waiter and 1 other person trying to serve all the tables, which they just couldn't keep up with the dinner rush. TL/DR: Shorted on food (1/2 lb at most instead of a lb) dry salmon, burnt garlic bread, missing order, slow waitstaff, no refills on drinks.

I must say I am very impressed. Are usually have to drive all the way to Anaheim to get this quality of seafood but I just found my favorite place in town. By far the best snow crab and shrimp I have ever had in many years. I also ordered the garlic noodles and it was delicious. I will definitely give them another visit soon. Great service as well, definitely five stars in my book.

My new fav spot in Simi! We ended up getting a bunch of different stuff and sharing, which was fun. Grilled salmon was super yummy with a crispy glaze on it. Crab and shrimp fried rice was A-Mazing! Thai iced tea is always a treat. Beef chow mein is a great staple. Tom kha ramen was huge and honestly had to take most of it to go cause we were so full from our other yummy stuff. Pang, our server was great and attentive. We'll be back for sure.
My favorite shrimp bag spot hands down ??? ?the reception and wait staff are always kind and attentive, my fiancée and I were even lucky enough to have the place to ourselves once chilly afternoon ?? 13/10 would recommend

So happy this place is still open! Ordered the garlic noodles, 3 flavored chicken and egg fried rice and although it was all amazing that 3 flavored chicken is phenomenal!!!!! I can never eat orange chicken ever again from anywhere else. The service is always amazing as well! Thank you!

We were greeted warmly by Kelvin. The food was great quality and absolutely delicious. We had the peeled shrimp, full Monty seasoning at medium heat with sausage which were perfectly grilled on both sides of the slices. On the side we had the Cajun fries. Great service, great food, great prices, what more can you ask for?

We went here for the first time for dinner. I called to see if they were doing dine in and they were. We enjoyed Peeled Shrimp, Snow Crab, garlic noodles and Cajun fries. We choose the garlic butter sauce and mild spice. It was all very good. Portion size was good to the price and had enough for lunch today. We really wanted to try the chowder fries but they run out of chowder, understandable it was the end of the day. Looking forward to going again to get a chance to try those and a few other goodies on the menu. My husband and nephew like Thai food and I usually won't agree to going out for it because I'm not a big Thai food fan. The Coconut Crab has a good combination where we can all eat and be happy. In your in the area stop by and give them a try.

I've been in Simi for years and always saw this place. Finally I came here, and WOW! Every menu item is amazing and their beer is great. They're like boiling crab but better. Their all sauce mix is fantastic. Kelvin helped us out and went above and beyond giving us great recommendations. He was super attentive and fun and as a guest I couldn't recommend him more highly! I work in customer service management and he was superb and what we look for in a "model employee". Also, like he told us,GET THE GARLIC NOODLES!! So delicious I ate every bite and didn't even feel guilty how full I felt after all the shrimp and sausage and corn and crab. I hope in the future they can expand their outdoor dining area and add some heaters but even if they don't -- they've earned a customer! New fave spot! Thanks again Kelvin, and the whole team at Coconut Crab, for making our night fantastic!
