Who doesn't love Costco!?! Great prices, even on gas! Easy return policy. Employees are always helpful. Worth the membership fees.

Good deals as always but many of the staff members are rude at this particular location. I go weekly because it's Costco but I just don't understand how the staff gets away with being so rude. Who is training these people!? The people on the entry and exit are always great. The returns people are also ok. The cashiers and food court, it really depends. I've had some that smile and are friendly and many that barely acknowledge you. I appreciate their expediency but come on. You can acknowledge the person giving your store hundreds of dollars. The people at the cages are the worst of all. No patience or a customer service bone in their body. And I'm an average 40s person. I ain't slow! They just don't seem to care at all about the customer. The latest was a person named Jasmine. Incredibly dismissive. I've decided today I'll no longer default to Costco because this happens to be my local Costco. I realize Costco is a huge corporation, won't see this and will be fine without my business or recommendation. I hate leaving there feeling annoyed, so I'm just tired of it. Plus getting out of the parking lot is rough as others have said. It wasn't always this way with the staff so I really hope they get better. I love Costco deals. :(

We live in Northridge but this is our favorite Costco. Easy parking, never crazy parking, fast checkout. And the most amazing, friendly and helpful optical department!

Coming out of this Costco whether for gas or shopping, is a nightmare. Why they only have one exit for both is beyond me, it's bottleneck traffic every time.

I had a bad experience at Costco in Simi Valle on 2/24/2024 in the costumer service area, they ignore people, they are not capable of working with people and even more so, ignoring it, it seems that one asks them for things for free. I love the product it has Costco but I think the costumer service are need trainings to be more polite with the people thank you!

Don't go here, the food is great and cheap. But I don't want others to know about it. So I'm not giving it a good review. And damn that chicken bake what can I say, delicious. And a $1.50 hot dog. Seriously please stay away because it gets crowded at lunch time and I don't like crowds. Sometimes I even get a huge pizza slice. Don't get me started on the ice cream, there's not a better deal anywhere, but don't go for that cuz more people make the line too long. I haven't tried the roast beef Sammy yet but I'm keen on that , I'ma try it soon. Parking isn't too bad I just drive around until I see someone walking to their car, then wait for them to pack up . I park right up front every time. Oh yeah you can still get onions if you ask, the counter people are the best. Oh yeah' and bring back the damn polish sausage.

Came to Costco food court an hour before close to get two pizzas and some other food. Placed an order at their kiosk machine as required. Waited ten minutes before getting in the long kiosk order pick-up line, asI figured it would take them a bit to cook the pizza's anyways.WhenI finally get up through the line, now almost closing time to give them my receipt for the order, they inform me they don't have it and won't have it. The best they can do is give us some of the food they happen to have pre cooked or easily warmed up. As well as refund us.I ask them confused as to why they don't have the food or at least aren't making it yet, when we placed the order over 40-50 minutes ago at the kiosk. Which they then inform me that they actually do not start making the food and do not know about a food order until you wait in the kiosk order pick-up line, get to the window, and hand them a receipt from the kiosk machine, unless you called it in ahead of time.No where around, on the machine or on the receipt , or even at the window did it say after paying at the machine that you then needed to stand in line and physically hand the window people the receipt to have them start making the food.To top it off I over heard a lot of annoyed customers at the pizza window who had called in an order, as well as paid via the kiosk whose orders were not ready when promised and might not be ready at all now.So very disappointed in this costco. Why have a kiosk machine at all if it doesn't relay the order to those cooking it. Just ridiculous and I feel for the people who did call in their orders and did not get them as well. Just poor management and planning at this food court (and any other food courts that work this way) and there for service as well. I feel bad for the employees as well who were doing their best, but set up to fail.

The absolute worst customer service experience from the manager, Melissa. Electronic buyers beware. I purchased a TV from this store on the 23rd opened and plugged it in 25th to find out it was broken. Took it back on the 26th for an exchange only for Melissa to have multiple employees come and check the box we were returning and tell me that the serial number was not the same as on the box and she would not issue me a refund because I was returning something she did not sell me. I asked her if she was accusing me of some shady behavior and she blatantly said yes. Serious accusation from someone. She had no desire to help figure out why they sold me a up tv that was different from the box and only cared about blaming me. She was of no help, absolutely rude and disrespectful, and has horrible customer service manners. Another family who was also returning a tv (who of course happened to be white) did not even get their box checked or had any secondary review, like we did. Was also told that I need to start opening the box and confirming serial numbers before leaving the store to prevent this from happening again.

I called to check if an item was in stock. The employee said they had it on hand. I asked to hold the item as I had called several places and the item was sold out. The employee said I would be fine if I came and there would be enough for me to buy. I drove 30 minutes one way only to find they sold the last item.

Costco tire center review. Don't waste your time at this center. In order to guarantee your appointment for replacement, you have to purchase tires and take them with you. If lug nuts are not available then they won't help you. Assistant Manager stepped up and helped fix the issue with another center. I am giving one star for manager helping out but next time try somewhere else.

We bought a new microwave this year the first week on November and we payed a 150 $ extra fee for installation of the new microwave and hauling of the old microwave . New microwave was delivered this morning after 6 weeks but installation of the new microwave and hauling of the old microwave had been mysteriously cancelled . When we called inquiring ( we had to call , no one at Costco had the decency to call us and let us know ) there were no answers and no explanations, but a simple " there was a cancellation , your case is with a resolution team , we will call you in 24 hours on working days " which I guess it makes ...3 days to know what is happening ? Bah .

The newer system that the Simi Valley location has setup with the self help kiosks to order your food is a good idea. But I think the lines for the court need to have guide bars to the windows as they tend to get co gested and people cut one another too easily.Food is always A+ at Costco. No doubt. Additionally the employees are super friendly.

I purchased gas at 7:30 am on Friday, 11/24/23 and sat in my car because it was cold. It was taking a long time and the pump was not shutting off. I get out and there is gasoline spewing out of the tank all over the place. Young kid starts to clean it up but it is all over the car, we're walking through it and I paid $16 more than I needed to for gas. I asked him what I do next and he says when store opens, ask for a refund. Due to holiday, I go back and speak with manager on Tuesday, 11/28/23. She doesn't really know what to do but tells me the Gas Superintendent wants to speak with me and to go speak with him. He doesn't believe 4 gallons of gas spewed from car and offers me a Pizza. I said "forget it". Gas versus Pizza. Came home and decided to change my Executive membership $120 to Gold $60 to get my money back.
