I was at this Simi Valley Denny’s this morning, leaving at just after 6 am. I used their guest Wi-Fi connection to do some work on my computer. After returning home, at 8 am I discovered that I could not find my computer mouse. I suspected that I may have left it at the restaurant. I called them 15 times and kept getting a recording where I was directed to enter a certain key press to speak to a live person. Each time, that key press took me back to the recorded message which prompted me to press “2” to speak to a live person. With every call this process would cycle three times and would then hang up on me. I could understand that perhaps all staff might be busy and unable to answer the phone, but after 15 calls I could no longer believe this. It’s very frustrating.

Very nice atmosphere! Clean restaurant, clean restrooms. The waiter was very polite. Got us drinks right away and kept us up on refills, we didn’t even have to ask! Definitely the best breakfast spot in Simi!

Not a bad place considering it was just built But I set up the counter and found it very uncomfortable.Service was great but very uncomfortable with the counter. If I was to do it over again. I will sit in the table.

I came here once before and it was absolutely horrible. I woke up this morning and wanted bacon and eggs. I thought "how bad can they mess up bacon and eggs?" Well the answer is really really bad. My bacon was about as big as two pencils. It had a green hue to it. I did ask for hashbrowns well done but they came out as potato chips. Over easy eggs were medium at best. My breakfast had no flavor whatsoever. The server had the personality of a chair. I would have been better if I ate my Spare Tire. So no matter how hungry you might be my recommendation is to stay as far away from this Denny's as you possibly can. You will be disappointed.

We came in the morning and food was excellent ,service was great Marcos and the manager gave amazing service , I'm so glad to have Dennys back in Simi valley !! can't wait to go back

Watched as group after group left without food or service because they decided to have only two waiters on New Year's Eve, management is horrible I guess feel bad for the waiters.
