I just went to this place, I always order the Honey BBQ Wings, and they always come as they appear in the photo on the menu, but today I went and they gave me the regular Wings with BBQ sauce on top, if they didn't feel like working I would have just said and Don't give me this disgusting

The food is always good, they have a great selection. The location is easy to find, but in a small shopping center. This is for the stor in Los Angeles Ave, Simi Valley. This stor must have had a change of management. A bunch od young kids were running the store. Unbelieeeeeeeveably rude, with zero (nagative) customer service. They took my order in error and baked me 1 cheeze pizza instaed of 3, They said it would take 6 minutes to make 2 more for me, it ended up over 20 mionutes, I think they did that on purpose, young kids wanted to have some fun! I will nnever ever go to that store again

Dominos pizza is not what it use to be. $60. for 2 large and some bread sticks. Are you kidding me. we didn't start eating until a couple hours later. It wasn't ready. the some of the cheese didn't even melt. I called the next day. I called the next day to complain. and some snotty kids says: " why'd you wait until the next day, huh? ?" like I'm trying to get a freebie, I Just dropped $60$20 of it for delivery. who's robbing who?

I've had 2 bad experiences in a row. When I come for curbside pickup and a tracker says it's ready they just make you tracker as complete as say - your pizza is not ready yet. 2 minutes timer is already stopped but I didn't get my order. I think they do that because they don't want to give you an extra pizza for free. They said - you can claim it online. We are sorry

We have ordered pizza from this location for 10+ years on a school field trip from Utah. We order between 20 and 30 pizzas each time. They deliver on time and make a good product even with the larger order. The delivery person is always helpful in getting the pizza set up. The management team remembers who we are and really communicates well with us, even from 800 miles away. See you again real soon!
Updating, just to inform this store that their inability to properly cook their food has cost Domino's a paying customer, yes, 6 months later. If Domino's wants to force consumers to 1 delivery option in app, they will lose those consumers stuck with bad stores.

This store is crazy, I called to order for delivery and told it will be deliver within 30 to 45 mins .. after 45 mins I called and the lady told me they just loading it in the oven ? ..and she said about 30 mins .. what a store!

Pizza was ok but the chicken. Oh the poor chicken. “12” pieces if you take the last 3 and cut them in 1/4 then technically it is 12 even if some are smaller than peanut MM’s.
