It was everything you ever wanted from a Pollo Loco. The chicken was crazy and the restaurant smelled of beans and salsa. The staff was also legit and I practiced my hello and goodbye in Spanish. Overall, werk! Eat the good chicken, y'all.

This store is always clean and the staff friendly. Food is usually good. But, you need to be careful with the burritos. We have found small bones in the burritos on several occasions. Better care should be taken when cutting up the chicken.

We haven't been to El Pollo Loco in years and it was the LA Ave location. I always see this location when near this area and we finally went. First, great and easy parking, friendly staff and just roomy. We will be back and btw love their rewards. Most restaurants you have to visit 50 times to even get anything worthwhile, not El Pollo Loco.

Customer service was very helpful.Denise the assistant manager was very helpful she helped me with my catering order for my Christmas party for my office, all my staff enjoyed the meal. They were on time and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the food and service.

I ordered the chicken bowl as well as a side of chips and it was very good. The customer service was very good too, Denise was the one who took my order.
The food was acceptable, and the employees were amiable, but the service was slow. I'm assuming it is because they're prioritizing the app orders. Restaurants should consider adding a station in the restaurant dedicated only to app orders.

Food is always very good here service is great atmosphere is ok bit crowded in the area chase bank and a 7 -11 few more places so getting in and out of there gets a little hectic with people in a hurry to go nowhere type stuffParking: Parking is cramped at times
