I had the perfect easy Friday this past weekend at Get Hooked. Got there around 8:30 and spent breakfast & lunch there getting somethings I had to done. From their food to the service and vibes, everything was great. The staff was super kind and friendly, as well as attentive. Cleaning up after guests leave & checking the restroom be clean was observed while there. Loved how easy it was for me to get my stuff done while being comfy and enjoying their music & food. Highly recommend this spot for solo dates, coffee dates, business meetings, study dates, and/or for a quick bite to grab. There drive-thru was constantly busy, but didn't seem to ever have a long line. Such a gem to find in Simi!

So glad I tried this spot before work! The bagel was absolutely delicious with a generous amount of their yummy cream cheese. You can definitely tell they make the cream cheese fresh since my chive and onion had fresh onion instead of just onion powder. I also got the honey freeze latte. The taste and presentation of the drink was great. I'm a tough critic when it comes to coffee, but I loved it here. I went through the drive-thru which was so convenient and quick especially since I was on my way to work. Would definitely recommend.

The fact the a bagel would cost 16$ is absolutely insane Everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese avocado bacon and sprouts. The bagel tasted store bought. The cream cheese had a vinegar taste to it and the avocado was brown ... My question to the owner is why open a coffee and bagel shop when you obviously don't care about your product ? Mark my words this place won't be around for another year. Go to John's bagel deli for a completely opposite experience.

Is this place fast? No, because they cook the food fresh to your order. Is it cheap? No, because they use quality ingredients. My husband loves their coffee and the bagel breakfast sandwiches are SO good! I especially love the one with bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato and cream cheese. Very tasty!

I hate to say it... this place has really gone down hill. Outrageous prices and they have gotten extremely stingy with their food. $40+ for two bagels and coffees. My Calabasas is supposed to have cream cheese and avocado. They up charged me for the jalapeño cream cheese. Fine. But when I got it, there is less cream cheese on this than the lid of a Philadelphia cream cheese tub!! What a joke. They used to be a lot more generous which made the ridiculous prices for their food a little more palatable. Now? I think we'll go elsewhere.

We love this place for a casual breakfast. They prepare everything fresh, so be prepared to wait. It's completely worth it. We like the blt, blueberry bagels, and breakfast burrito.

I still keep coming back here despite my better judgment. Bagels are still great and iced caramelito is good but everytime I come here, something is messed up. I came in for 2 bagels and an iced caramelito. I also had a free coupon for a bagel sandwich which funny enough, I received due to a prior messed up order. I should have checked my bag before leaving but my fault for not doing so. The staff was friendly as usual but as with previous visits, no bagel sandwich and no cream cheese that I paid extra for on one of the bagels... These messed up orders have been happening here for years. I guess I should just get my bagels elsewhere. I know I'm probably being a male Karen by writing this but I just had to vent my frustration lol
