Reasonably priced delicious food. I visit my daughter every week for grandpa fun with my grandson and always get takeout from Imperial. We love it.

Ok be aware that these are new owners and the food is not the same. The Wor Won Ton soup is greasy, has hardly any vegetables and only 1 shrimp per serving. The Beef low mein has chewy beef, but the flavor was ok. Moved out of state and always looked forward to getting this when I came into town, but now that is off my list of food I want.

We've tried Imperial four times since the new owners took over, so I feel this is a fair criticism. None of the dishes we've tried use the same recipes as the previous owner and none are better; in fact, this is now some of the worst Chinese food in Simi.

On Sunday we ordered takeout. We ordered spicy noodle soup . Unbelievable depth of flavor and texture. A bit spicy but the taste was far beyond my 74 years of experience. Amazing taste and intriguing flavor. Next we ordered the 703 shredded pork with Beijing sauce and the Szechuan shredded pork. Both had a great taste and flavor. It seems that almost everything on the menu is very good to excellent. Service and staff are always very pleasant except when very busy. My other regular soul is seafood hot and sour which is great on a cold night. Please give them a chance. You will enjoy there offering s.

All I can say is that was the worst experience I had in a restaurant in a very long time the food was horrible. I mean the sweet and sour chicken was all bread. And the chow mein there wasn't even any vegetables in it. I was very unhappy with my visit to this restaurant. I will not be going back here

I loved the large selection Imperial offers and generally. all of our dishes were really good! The Mongolian beef, Kung Pao, and lemon chicken were all AWESOME. The lo mein was okay. I will be coming back here specifically because the service was top tier. Our waitress was attentive and kind, and the kitchen was efficient. The restaurant inside is dated decor, but it is clean and roomy. I have not done takeout with them before but due to our amazing first time dining in, I will be ordering from them in the future.

Really really liked this place but I'm not sure what's going on.. the last two times have been bad .. the meat was slimy in our beef and broccoli dish. The meat in our wonton soup was slimy and prior the shrimp tasted off . They raised their prices and the quality has gone down hill tremendously.
