This place used to be good. But the last several months it has gone down in my book. Most off the time my tea comes out very watery. If i have time i will say something and they reluctantly make another. Sometimes it is better other times not so much. The hours are more convenient here than other places. I can't wait for a better place to open.

For a large chain they still have good boba. My family and I frequent this location. They are easy to order from and have a vast selection. All the teas I've had have been pretty good not too sweet. I especially like the sunset iced tea with rainbow jelly. When ordering online be sure to go to the cashier to pick up. They keep it in a special refrigerator. They will not put it up on the counter. Also sometimes there are long wait times so just be patient,

After a long drive coming from Anaheim my daughter had place a pick up order from her phone because we were on a time schedule so she placed the order 20 minutes ahead of time so when we get there she can just run in and pick up her drinks . After 15 minutes of me waiting in the car for her I went in and asked my daughter what's taking so long she said no one helped her no one asked if she needed help so I finally asked what's taking so long they said her drinks were ready and she was supposed to ask . My daughter didn't know that but for her to be sitting in the chair for that amount of time would you ask the little girl if she needed help. That is part of customer service . Never going back due to bad service .

Been to multiple Boba Times and this one is just as good as the others, if not better (I've been to some that were weirdly inconsistent). I love getting the strawberry peach tea and the cookies and cream. Would always come here again- especially considering the lack of choices around Simi Valley.

Amazing! Best boba ever. The mocha was great but the pistachio was off the charts. The little bits of pistachio and boba along with a natural tasting superb flavor this is my new favorite. Quick and only complaint would be cashiers could make more eye contact and be a little friendly. Otherwise perfect!

My service started off when i asked for a coccunt strawberry smoothie boba water-based (bc I can't have dairy), but the lady rold me (in a grumpy way) that was is impossible. Which is not true bc I have gotten that here before and at several other boba places. As I was looking for something else to get that was non dairy, she gave me an angry glare and then told me that the non dairy milks are discussing and I should not get them. Then, after looking at the acai bowls and deciding against the outrageous price, ($12!!!) with a sad heart (bc I was really excited for boba), I left and went to Starbucks.Where the workers were so kind.

Great selection and wonderful watermelon Boba drink. My son had a wonderful caramel drink with custard. Many selections. I can't wait to go back.

Been waiting for over 15 maybe 20 min there was 2 people in front but then 5 people came in after and got their stuff first so after asking turns our they completely dismissed my order and the guy who took my order hid in the back instead of apologizing he made himself a drink . Another guy apologized but I was not angry at him I even gave the half of what I paid as a tip extremely upset.
