Today is 1/4/24 I'm a DoorDash delivery driver. Accepted a delivery for a customer named Gustavo. When I arrived at JJ the order was already finalized WITH an ISSUE. One of the drinks were already substituted without the customers consent. I was told to call the customer and tell him that he was getting a plain orange juice rather than a orange/carrot juice. WTF? The JJ employees should not assume and make the customers mind up for them but rather wait until the driver can call the customer to see if they want an entirely different drink. Where the hell is customer service these days anyways. The employees were more concerned about cleaning up and it was only 6:30pm. If I was Gustavo.... I would just order from boba time next time!

First, the address is on Tapo Cyn which is the entrance to the El Paseo shopping center. I'm not from around there so it took me a few circuits to find it. I stepped inside and walked to the clearly marked mobile pickup counter where I was thoroughly ignored by two employees. The third employee finally acknowledged me and I felt as if she felt she was doing me a favor by tending to me. She went to the fridge to retrieve my three smoothies and grunted "straws over there" and shrugged her chin towards another counter. The smoothies were well made. It would have been nice to have felt like a valued customer.

I have been coming to this place for as long as I can remember and I always preferred there smoothies over anyone’s. Best smoothies in California and if you haven’t been here before I totally recommend it. They even have tasty seasonal smoothies.

Employees were kind that is why I am giving it 3 stars. I paid for full price, but got a lesser drink. I never could understand this. Also, it's funny how every time I tip my order gets messed up in some way. If it doesn't look presentable or complete do not present it to the customer it's simple as that.

Peanut butter Moo'd is one of my favorites . My guy likes any smoothie with banana in it especially the strawberry wild . The calories are high so this is more of a desert place to me than a healthy juice store . Although i've never tired any of the greens drinks. On a hot day My ultimate favorite is the Bold n Cold brew with the cloud .

I went here last Sunday to treat my spouse and I for some açaí bowls. my spouse ordered while I went outside with out kids to grab a table. when my spouse brought out our bowls they was watery apparently a woman walked in and all the male employees was gawking and staring so much that they forgot our bowls on the counter. I went in to complain and show them how watery our bowls are and they looked at me as if was an idiot. I wanted them to remake my açaí bowls but when another costumer walked in to complain how their açaí bowls was also watery I told them to just give me a refund. the young male employees are very impolite. I might give it another shot I might not.

Horrible customer service here. I cameIn at 6pm 4/12/23 and not a single person greeted me or said anything to me after patiently waiting. Also nobody else was in line. There was just one guy (customer) waiting for his order. I just walked out because I felt so unwelcome. Guess I’ll be drinking coffee bean.
Dirty sticky floors. Also where is all the seating??? COVID did over ya weirdo's. Not an inviting place.

Jamba is my all time favorite one. Wow now we can order with bobaaaaaaaa. Yeyyyy.But, I ordered with strawberry boba….it doesn’t taste like strawberry. Apart from that everything was good.

Jamba is always good when you want some tacos. This location definitely does it good as they have a good amount of employees for when it gets busy The food here is always on point and they seem to make it fresh every time. The service is also good here and I like the portable ordering systems as well.
