My experience at this jamba was very good compared to any other ones. The staff at Jamba is top-notch! They are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist you with a smile. They make you feel right at home and create a positive atmosphere in the store. The store itself is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your smoothie. Overall, the staff and store at Jamba Juice deserve a solid five-star rating! The staff at this Jamba location really go above and beyond. They're not just mixing up smoothies they're creating a friendly and inviting experience that makes you want to come back. They're knowledgeable about the menu, eager to offer recommendations, and they remember the regulars, which makes a big difference. I will recommend this jamba to others and will come back!

I love coming to this Jamba location for many reasons. The staff is always so kind & friendly but most importantly it is always so clean and well kept. My family and I enjoy getting our weekly smoothies and their delicious pretzel & waffles. I’ve been there when they are super busy as well and they handle everything so well, with a smile and our drinks are always perfect.While I was there I also noticed there was an unhappy customer & the staff was so quick to accommodate her with a positive attitude.

I ordered a large orange dream drink comes 3/4 full I paid 9.88I asked to get it fixed I get a full cup with no orange taste.. up the price cut the volume. And if you complain you get iced orange juiceUPDATEPhone number is non working number..Also on a feedback email after filling out it was unable to be acceptedSo the what I believe to be a auto answer is non professional

Well they didn't let my 2 year old use the restroom after I paid 30 for smoothies. Wow. Not kid friendly.

I'm a constant customer here and recently they changed their public bathroom to an employee bathroom (which I found out recently). My toddler had to use the restroom and had an emergency and this was the first spot I thought of. I was planning on purchasing drinks but the woman told me I was unable to use the restroom. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Awful experience for a mom and a toddler. I left rushing out to find the next closest bathroom for my baby. Thumbs down on experience and customer service.

Very poor. After spending money for multiple drinks they wouldn't even allow a patron to use their rest room. I can totally understand the logic for not allowing just anyone to use the restroom, but a paying customer should be an exception. I will not be back to this store. There are plenty of other locations that are anxious for the business and this one is not even worthy of a single star review. Bad management!!!

Ordered $20 worth of drinks. Asked to use restroom while waiting. Staff including manager/shift lead refused. Stated "employees only", reminded them that I just made a purchase. If it was not for promising drinks to my family, would have cancelled order and gone elsewhere (Dairy Queen a few doors down in same plaza had no problem with allowing me to use their bathroom.)This is not the first time I have had problems with this Simi Valley, CA store specifically (no problems in other locations). They have now lost my business forever.

Customer service 5 stars. No one else was in there but me at 4:15 today. Ordered the protein peanut/butter banana. Not as good as it used to be. Tasted very protein like, very little sweetness. Not really worth almost 8 bucks, but it hit the spot on this hot day, and skipping dinner so this was it! In the corner across from the gym. Ample parking,

It a jamba 4 stars because sometimes they make it to liquidity like it's melted right when they give it to you probably needed more ice or something. When they do make it right it's great tho

They are losing so much business by either not having items in stock or not updating the ordering apps. I called and they said their oven is broken AGAIN. This is such an easy fix. Everytime I try to go order breakfast they are completely out of their food items. I will call and they tell me to check all the apps I do and they are nowhere to be found. Waste of time and energy. They could be selling so much breakfast to customers nearby. People like to purchase smoothies + a breakfast item also people with children need items. This is the 7th time I’ve had to just order somewhere else. They got rid of their best breakfast item it was a burrito and they never have their breakfast sandwiches available.
