They deleted my review on google. But 4 stars to the workers, cooks & food because they are awesome but I give 1 star for a manager or a shift leader. I am not the type to write a review on fast food only b/c I understand tht workers get upset & stressed due to poor management or low staff, so I try my best to be nice & patient. But today was different the manager or shift leader tried to tell me I didn't spend 15$ dollars on a meal when I had proof on my phone that I did. I tried telling him I had proof but he still was saying "you didn't pay 15$" like I was lying , he still tried telling me I didn't spend anything in the most rude way. Telling me to "speak up" with aggression like he's trying to start an argument with me when I tried to explain to him the situation calmly. Until finally i showed him my bank account balance, he believed me...i felt embarrassed.... I respect fast food workers for their hard work & them having to deal with bull from other ppl on the daily but I draw the line when they are aggressive & rude for no reason at all. I really didn't want to write a review but after all that trouble he still got my order wrong. His name is Nick Mata I believe.
