If Beeps Diner didn't make THE BEST chili cheese dog ever, I wouldn't go back. So far the food is good, but the service gets a D from me. I ordered pick up via GrubHub. I was told that my order was ready at 12:57, but when I arrived at 1:09, they hadn't even started on my order. 1 strikes. Then they were out of coleslaw. 2 strikes. At 1 on a Thursday?? I then asked to confirm if they had put relish on it, as I had asked for it to be left off. They said it wasn't added as it is not on the menu. I told them it was (as that is what it shows on their website) and was told that GrubHub doesn't always show the same thing!! WHAT?? Well, fix it?!? When I got home, I discovered my hot dog had onions, which I cannot eat. Beeps Diner's menu does show onions, but not on GrubHub. 3 strikes. The worst service ever! Besides my order not being ready, I waited about 10 minutes for my order and just observed. There isn't any urgency as they mostly stroll. Watched a few just standing around not doing anything. And no one had hair nets, which may or may not be required, but the girl packing the to go orders had long messy hair that wasn't pulled back. I would suggest more training, and not just for the staff. The manager didn't seem to know their menu, and didn't seem concerned that GrubHub and their menu do not match. I just witnessed the downfall of a restaurant after 30 +years. You can have great food, but if the service is bad, no one will know or care. Hope you can get it together, as I would hate to see you go since you have THE BEST chili cheese dogs EVER!!!

Remember when Beeps was good? It's been while, yet I continue to give them chances to redeem themselves. This was my latest attempt from them, the California Avocado Toast. They used to serve it on a beautiful, thick multi-grain toast with a lot of fresh avocado......now they've resorted to two slices of this weak wheat slapped together and this sad amount of avocado......for $12. I'm done. (I pushed the egg to the side to snap a pic of the lack of avocado.) This particular time was takeout, but 4 of the last 5 times we visited in-person, the service was ridiculously slow and terrible. Beeps, you used to be one of our favorite spots in Simi. Wish you'd get it together!

This is our weekly go to restaurant. The food is always delicious, large portions, and reasonably priced. My favorites are their salads. My husband usually goes for the chili cheese fries ( some of the best around) and the chili burger. They also serve breakfast all day.

always a go-to for our family. You can get breakfast anytime!! ALSO if someone in our party only wants dessert, while another wants a dinner, and another wants just a sandwich or appetizer and another only wants breakfast....this is the place! Always friendly service!

Went here first family dinner. Everyone, even the vegetarian got just what they wanted. Had a BLT with chili cheese fries. Took half the sandwich home. Service was cheerful and excellent. Great fireball ages from kids already in pajamas to seniors out on the town.

This was our first time here, we were there on a Saturday. It was very busy & the wait was about 25min, but it was worth the wait. I liked the 50's theme and all the pictures and statues. We ordered the Big Bacon Omelette & a deep fried Monte Cristo, both were delicious and the amount of food was great. The server was nice and attentive always checking on us. We found our new favorite place to eat. We will definitely be going back.
