food was ok but terrible service! we went for the all you can eat sushi and ordered our first round. after that we ordered our second round and food took over 40 minutes never arrived. we had to leave at this time so we asked waitress if possible to box up considering the long wait. Restaurant. wasn't even that busy. When she went to ask the sushi chef which i think is the owner we heard him yelling at her saying "they got here and ordered a bunch of fucken rolls now they are ordering more and it hasn't even been that long!" what is the point of having an all you can eat and getting upset when customers order more rolls? This really made us feel uncomfortable and even though sometimes we want to eat sushi and like the fact it was ALL YOU CAN EAT we prefer to take our business elsewhere and pay full price. Bad ending to a great day:(

I arrived at Omega Sushi Friday, Sept 8, 2023, at 5:55pm, dining solo. It was not crowded and there was myself, and two other patrons who were finishing up. I was seated right away, and a waitress asked if I needed anything to drink. I asked for water. The waitress also asked me if I wanted any kitchen items (aka 'appetizers' from other AYCE sushi bars). I asked for miso soup, and tempura. The miso soup came out right away, and I continued to fill out the order sheet. I ordered2 salmon2 yellowtail2 eel2 mackerel 1 crunchy scallop rollThe first items out were the crunchy scallop roll, and the mackerel. Next was the eel, and salmon. Several minutes later around 6:20pm, the tempura comes out. After checking the time, 6:40pm, I notice I haven't had my yellowtail. A waitress asks me if I'm okay, and I said, "I'm still waiting for the yellowtail." 10 minutes pass, and another waitress asked, what was it you're waiting for? I said, "I'm waiting for the yellowtail." Another waitress comes out, and asks, "How many pieces of yellowtail do you want?" I said, "I'm already full. I've been here for an hour already." Waitress: "So you don't want yellowtail anymore?" I said, "Well, I don't want to waste food, I've been here for an hour already. I'm stuffed. I'll just have the check." The check came out, the bill was $41.77. I did not leave a tip. This was by far the worst service I've ever had at an AYCE sushi restaurant. Chefs not paying attention to the order sheet, slow service, they had 3 waitresses, and 2 chefs, and there were 3 families plus mine. It wasn't like it was a packed restaurant. A family/party of 5 sat at the table next to me and they got yellowtail before I did. I also want to add that one of the sushi chefs was drinking beer on the job. I was out of the restaurant at 7:05pm. I typically dine solo at AYCE sushi restaurants and I'm out of there in 30 minutes. Your milage will vary with this place. I see a lot of reviews about the good service, but I guess I was dealt a bad hand. I will not be going back to Omega.btw the food was fine. except for the salmon, it was tasteless and it tasted like I was eating a ball of rice no fish.

First of all I consider myself a sushi grubber meaning I dont eat any fake crab rolls, only sushi with rice, oysters, soft shell crab, Sashimi. This is an all you can eat or ala carte Sushi restaurant. Perhaps my mistake is I was dining alone IE: the waitress didnt see a big tab coming? HER mistake, I started with ordering soft shell crab, while I read through the menue and did the math on if I did all you can eat, I ordered around 6p, there was only 5 people in the restaurant, I saw 3 other tables get sat, in the next 15 minutes, by 6:25 I still didnt have my crab, when I saw the other tables getting some sushi, before me I nicely asked where is my crab, I was told "other table were here before you" Are you kidding me? she couldnt just apologize and say it will be right up, she has to insult my intelligence? With that I said IM leaving you will see my review on yelp, I dont know about you but when I dine out I would appreciate some kindness and service

You cannot beat the all you can eat sushi price here! The only thing I didn't like were the clams...they just were not good. The sushi and rooms are amazing here!

This isn't sushi people. This is rice with fake crab with a tub of mayonnaise. This is supposed to be dynamite roll. This is just nasty. Simi peeps just drive a bit out for actual sushi. Best all you can eat in the valley is in North Hollywood. Sushi by Jin.

One of the best sushi we have ever had. Honestly, looking at outside, we hesitated a bit to get it but the food and the service did not make us disappointed at all.We do love the miso soup, the seaweed salad and esp the salmon sashimi which is prepared beautifully and tasted fresh. My son tried the lunch combinations and he loved it a lot.So happy to give them 5* .Kid-friendliness: Spacious enoughParking: We came for lunch so parking was not a bit problem at that time

I really like Omega. The Calba Roll always brings intense satisfaction. But this time we got a new waitress, who didn't know the menu, and for some reason our food took forever to come out. When we finally said something about the wait, things started to happen, but my son's order was not right, sushi came without wasabi, and our appetizer came out well after all the other food. If it wasn't delicious, I wouldn't be quick to go back. Please do better.

I order the dynamite roll and it should have baked crab, scallops and shrimp on top I found only 1 scallop and no shrimp, all it had was baked crab. I understand the economy is bad but please don't do that to clients by not putting the good stuff on the rolls. Very disappointed.

Great sushi, try the chicken teriyaki roll and the Marilyn Mon-Roll! Delicious. Small restaurant which I like and good space between tables which I also like. The server was very kind and attentive.Parking: I would actually say there is one parking space per table inside. And keep in mind Chuy's is right next door, so weekend evening availability may be limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Entry and layout is very simple. It seems to be very easy to wheel in and right up to the edge of a table which are all rectangular.Dietary restrictions: I can only say that there are plenty of gluten free options. I guess anything not tempura-d is gluten free.

Service was not so great. I placed an order for pick up last night at around 6 pm lady that took my order said it would be ready within 30-40 min. Show up at the restaurant at 6:48 and the food was not ready. They were actually saying it would be another 30-40 min. Like wow almost 2 hrs for sushi! That's not even worth waiting for. That's insane! Will not be coming here again.
