I used to love the place. But on my recent visit the service was bad and it took forever to get my order. There was no ice, no ketchup and it wasn't very good. Oh, and it cost over eleven bucks for a single cheese burger medium combo.

Tommy's has been special to my family since the 60s. This location does not disappoint, it still has the same great chili it has always had.I should mention, I asked for a chili burger but there was almost no chili on my burger—maybe just a teaspoon. That's disappointing, because you're ripping off long-time customers. But I asked the employees to give me more chili and they gave me a huge thing full of it for free. Would've saved us all some trouble if you just gave me that much chili to begin with. But the service was good!
