It's been about 35 years since my family has been to Palermos. We've moved out of state and came back to visit family in Simi Valley. We decided to come eat here for dinner tonight. Brenda the waitress was awesome. Very friendly, speedy service and the food was delicious. It tasted just like it did if not better than it did all of those years ago. When we thanked Brenda for our meal and wonderful service we told her that it's been a long time since coming here and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We told her the food was amazing and she was very happy to hear. She said that the new owners have had it for about a year and went back to the old time cooking everything from scratch. All homemade. It sure tasted that way. All very fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back. Thanks Palermo's for bringing us back in time. We will see you again soon.

First off, Felicia is amazing! Friendly, great service and fantastic attitude! She makes the place brighter with her energy. The restaurant's ambience is nice and cozy. Very clean and inviting. It had a nice old world feel, but bright and cheerful inside. The food is fantastic. The best pizza and eggplant parmigiana that I've had in Simi Valley. I can't wait to try other dishes. We'll be back for sure. This place is a gem. I read and heard about bad reviews about previous ownership/management, but those reviews don't apply to Palermo's today. This I our new go to for Italian food here in Simi Valley.

I totally recommend Palermo's since they changed ownership, about 9 months ago. The recipes are delicious and servings are large. The waitress is awesome. Very professional and friendly. The place feels old and needs some fixing-up attention, but in time I believe the new owner will get it there. This, Palermo's is once again a great spot for Simi!

If I'm being honest, this restaurant is amazing, they even grow their herbs in the front yard! If you're looking for great italian food, Palermo's is the place to go! Their personal pizzas are huge for an amazing price, and their fried zucchini is the bomb. And you can't forget about the amazing employees, their are so sweet! There is practically no wait time! Also, the ambiance of this place is gorgeous, especially the little fountain you'll see on your way in. If you're looking for an divine italian restaurant, come here!

I'm really really REALLY picky about my pizza. I am not fond of domino's /pizza hut/ numerous uno. I prefer the fresh made pizzas. My husband and I went here to try it out. The waitress/cashier was awesome and upbeat. She definitely made the ordering so easy. Fantastic customer service!! We got a cheese and a pepperoni pizza, the lasagna (at her suggestion) a Caesar salad and the shells. When we got home, we ate with the teens (14 yr old and a 17 yr old). The pizzas were done if the best I have EVER tasted!! The lasagna was beyond delicious and everything else was just beautiful in taste. My husband and I can't wait to eat inside. It looked so quiet and comfortable. I have also talked to my friend who lives in the valley to come have lunch he some time soon. Next time we want pizza....Palmero's is our favorite place to get our grub from!!

It was terrible. The pizza has no flavor. I couldn't even taste the pepperonis. And, the waitress had an attitude. I don't think the place has ever been remodeled.

Good service and good food. The chicken marsala was very good and about the right price. My wife got pasta marinara, which was good, but was $18 - for a plate of regular pasta with regular marinara sauce.
