I love this place and eat here quite often. The food is amazing and everyone is really friendly. Would recommend to anyone. So many options on the menu to try. No one dish has been disappointing to me yet. Love it!

First time at Bao and it was fantastic. We place an rder for two and the clerk took our order with ease. 15 minute wait and we took our food home. The food was fabulous tastes and piping hot. Excellent Choice and next time we dine in because the atmosphere was very comfortable. Thank You !!Parking: Parking is plentyful infront of the restaurant in a parking lot of there place.Wheelchair accessibility: No problems wheeling into this dining area.

The is the worst Egg Foo Young I ever had. It was dry, with no bean sprouts in it, and a salty tasting sauce, which primarily tasted of soy sauce! And what's with these Chinese restaurants charging extra for steamed rice, which is supposed to come with the dish? The $23.00 dish went into the trash!

I ordered Egg Foo Young, having read great reviews for the restaurant. I've had some po retty poorly made Egg Fu Young in Californis, having lived here for 56 years. This was the worst Egg Fo Young I've ever had! It was dry, had no bean sprouts in it, and the sauce was salty, mostly made if soy sauce. And what's with Chinese restaurants charging extra now for steamed rice which used to be free with the appropriate dishes? This experience cost me $23.00+ dollars and it ended up in the garbage!

Wow, what a treat! Cashew shrimp for me, tangerine chicken for Mrs., and juicy pork dumplings to share. Sooo good. Friendly staff. I regret I have just one stomach to fill.

Hubby and I wanted to try something different in Simi for dinner. We are SOO glad we went to Bao Sua! The menu was huge!! But I was in the mood for lots of veggies, and ordered the spicy eggplant. Absolutely delicious! We also ordered the chicken and green beans which was very good as well. Green beans were cooked but crispy, not mushy. Yum ? We will definitely be going again soon. I can't figure out why the restaurant wasn't packed though! More people need to try this amazing food! Servers were very friendly and attentive, and food was served VERY quickly. Well done Bao Sua! ?

First time visit. Took the wife and mother-in-law out for a bite. We wanted something different and I wanted to try Bao Su for a while now. Glad we did as the food was pretty good. Had tangerine chicken, salt and pepper pork, fried rice and started off our meal with a large Wor Won Ton soup to split three ways. Everybody was pleased with the food and the service. It seems we've found another local spot to add to our list of favorites.
Food is good but service is always horrible! If you want their food, I'd suggest doing takeout or coming at a time you'd feel most patient. They take an incredibly long time to take your order, don't do table checks, one time a waiter laughed at us when we asked him if the AC could be turned on since it was very warm in there, you have to stand up and walk over to them if you want to get help, because they'll stand by the kitchen talking. The service is so disappointing for the quality of food. If service was better, I'd be back more. :/
