Terrible customer service. The daytime lady manager has a very arrogant attitude and pretends that she doesn't understand what I am saying. She glared at me and made me repeat myself several times. Upper management should take more seriously the bad attitude if this employee.

Our family went there recently bc we wanted a cheaper option to Firehouse Subs. My husband and I each got a foot long. A basic footlong. No meal or add ons. I had maybe 4pieces of cheese and turkey, a few olives and a few pepperachini. Extremely disappointing. I understand that some people only want a few items on their sandwich, for them you better pile on those items! And thaes two sandwiches cost us twice as much as it would have to go to Firehouse. Needless to say, this was a very frustrating and disappointing lunch and we won't be coming back.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had in any of the fast food chains. We are usually subway fans, but sorry to say that the lady at the counter was showing so much of attitude ? may be she was having a bad day, but she should learn not to show it on the customers. Her complaint was that I was going too fast while ordering, and she was very rude, even telling me not to tap on the glass while ordering. She claims herself as the Manage, but she doesn’t display any qualities of a manager or doesn’t know how to be polite or display professionalism with customers. Their coupon machine was not working as well and when I confirmed that with her, she was getting agitated for no reason. Terrible service and I would never go back to this place again!

Been here several times and have had consistent bad encounters with the same staff member. Extremely rude and doesn't listen to basic instructions. I didn't mention she covered my sub in olives after my request for none, it wasn't worth extending the time spent interacting. I love subway but that attitude isn't worth it.

I just had the worst experience I've ever had in one of your stores. I ordered 2 sandwiches thru the app. I ordered a # 33 Teriyaki Blitz and a Rotisserie Chicken sandwich. I paid $1.50 extra for extra meat on both. The Chicken sandwich was correct for the most part. The #33 however doesn't even come close. The application said it would be ready at 6:15 pm west coast time. I walked in at about 6:17 pm. Neither sandwich had been made yet, then as he was making the # 33 he got it wrong. When I noticed him getting ready to do the veggies I saw there was not enough meat I asked about it. Then he wanted to argue with me until I showed him the receipt I had on my app. Instead of trying to correct the mistake. He asked if I still wanted it, I told him to just finish it, he didn't even try to correct the meat issue, he put the veggies on and wrapped it. My wife's Rotisserie Chicken the mest wasn't warmed up which we found out when my wife took a bite, he also forgot the avocado. Again instead correcting the mistake he put half an avocado in bag and put it with the sandwiches. Seriously this one Subway is enough to make me not go to any of the other locations. I will not be going back to this and will instead go to the one across town. Please find also a picture of the receipt and the sandwich ( if it can be called that). Finally when I adked about the credit $1.50 for the extra meat he said I needed to contact corporate. So here we are.This a copy of the email I sent to corporate. 2 days later no response, go figure. No more subway for me

You guys are really doing yourself a disservice here. Don't know her name, but Ms. Attitude that worked the shift on December 11 around 2:30 pm is probably the reason for most of your negative reviews. I've never in my life experienced a worse interaction than dealing with her. I walked into an empty store without even an acknowledgment of my presence. She seemed busy with an online order so no big deal, maybe she didn't see me yet (literally standing in front of her). I wait patiently. A few minutes go by and she finally speaks up, "Alexa skip song" and then "Alexa, play Selena Gomez", but still no acknowledgment. Another customer walks in, and then another, both are ignored. She finally addresses me, "you waiting for the online order?" And I reply, "No I'm waiting for you to say hi", she shrugs. The online order is now finished, and I can finally order. I tell her what I want but when we get to the lettuce, she puts a few strands on the sandwich. This isn't a joke, look at the pictures posted, a few strands. I ask her about that and she says this is the last bag of lettuce you have for the rest of the day, at 2:30 pm on a Monday. It took all my restraint not to just walk out of there without my food. If this is the type of service you strive for, the product that you sell, I really hope your time as an active Subway is limited. I will not be returning.

Edit Update: What a terrible place this has been lately. We've ordered from here before and noticed that some of the staff has attitude. Last night we went to order at 8:15, 45 minutes before they were supposed to close, and the girl at counter says, "we ran out of bread" and continued to clean up. When asked if they gad anything else she said no we're closed. Two food delivery drivers came in and made pick ups during the discussion! The girl just had a horrible attitude, like before!We will be hard pressed to going back to the tiny dingy little kingdom of this Princess!

UPDATE: Dropped one star. I went in to give it another try. No one was there! The door chime went off when I entered, and I shouted "Hello?", but nobody came out to help. I left... and won't be going back.I like to grab breakfast once a week or so, and Subway is my go-to place. I've been to several in this area and I was surprised to learn that they don't serve coffee here. This was the first time I've ever experienced a Subway that didn't serve coffee.

I like to grab breakfast once a week or so, and Subway is my go-to place. I've been to several in this area and I was surprised to learn that they do NOT serve coffe here. This was the first time I've ever experienced a Subway that simply refused to serve coffee - at least in the morning.
