The food here is great, but I'm basing my review entirely on the service.This was my first time going for a rather large dinner order for my family.Lupe and Angie were extremely kind and helpful with my order. I've never used the app before, but they walked me through its features and reward program--all while readying my large order at the same time. They really went above and beyond to help me; the service was quick (not rushed) and friendly. I've never met them before, but they made me feel like we were good friends. You can just tell they're both caring and helpful people. Honestly, it was a a refrshing experience and far beyond the normal level of service you'd get anywhere else. They deserve a raise for sure!Like I said, the food is great; but I'd go back for their top tier service alone. Thanks again for your help and friendly service ladies!

12-5-23 my closest take out Chinese food and it's usually fair to good and ready on time. With the exception of their rice it is never good it is always dried out. Today our online pickup order was lost, it took over half an hour to sort out. I Leaned up against a wall while waiting and got an ant on me, turns out they have an infestation on the fountain drink counter in all the cups and lids super super gross!!!!!!!

Food is usually good except for the rice. The rice is always dry and tastes like cardboard. The service could be better they are too busy preparing and filling orders to provide the best service. Last night they lost our online pick up order,it took 30 minutes to finally sort out, I leaned up against a wall to wait away from the line forming and got an ant on me,turns out the entire beverage counter had ants crawling through the cups and lids as well. Totally unacceptable they need to do better. I don't recall even an apology for the screw up,they treated me like I was the inconvenience. My impression is they are underpaid and overwhelmed with the steady stream of orders to care about friendly service or to realize/ or care about the ants.

Staff is very efficient and very friendly - Alma, in particular, always has a smile when serving folks. Keeps me coming back when in a hurry to get a pretty healthy meal!

Great location and the managers are always super nice. You know what you're getting here if you aren't in the mood to cook. The fried rice is not greasy at all & we've always received good portions. Plus they have a really good rewards program. The family meal is a great value for $39.99 if you have 5 or more people ordering. Our go to is fried rice, orange chicken, mixed veggies & teriyaki chicken.

I had an amazing experience today. The food tastes good as all ways but I rarely interact with the workers and have anything to say about them besides how quick they work. But today I had trouble paying with my card and while trying to find my cash I took a while, but an employee named Alma was incredibly patient and kind with me despite my embarrassment.

I came pretty close to closing and the people working were very nice and accommodating. Food service is often times a really exhausting and thankless job, especially in this area where there's more affluence than sense. People ordering forget the fact that the people trying to get them dinner are actual people. Just wanted to post this review to say I really appreciate the service and the people working at this Panda Express.
