Normally I head here before work when I need a pick me up. Ordering by mobile order isn’t too horrible but I feel like I consistently get my drinks wrong in some way.My VT CM was in a grande cup, and when I ask for a remake, they forgot the vanilla lol. I don’t have time to get this fixed so I’ll take the L, but i think I’ll start looking at one of the other Starbucks in the area.Otherwise employees are very nice, and the location is convenient. Just keep in mind your drink may come out wrong when they are busy.

I stopped by Starbucks at 691 Lomas Santa Fe Drive on January 3, 2024, around 5 pm. The store was crowded, but the service was fast and courteous. I ordered a tall hot chocolate with whipped cream, and it was very good. The chocolate was rich and smooth, and the whipped cream was fluffy and sweet. The cashierwas very friendly and helpful. She greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was. The store was neat and comfortable, with a lot of seating and outlets. I liked the decor and the lighting. I had a relaxing time and enjoyed my drink. I would definitely return and recommend this place to others.

I love this Starbucks! This is definitely my favorite one because the workers are always super nice and helpful. They always get your food out pretty fast and it always tastes delicious! I love to go to Starbucks after school, so I usually do a mobile order and my food and drink comes out so quickly!! I have never tasted bad food from this starbucks, it is the absolute best! I highly recommend it!
Let me tell you. I’ve been to some Starbucks all around the world from Singapore, to South Korea, and this Starbucks is my all time favorite all because of the customer service, the drinks are always perfect, and it’s always clean. Thank you to Shelby for always keeping the store in tip top shape and making the customer happy. Whatever you guys are paying her, she needs a raise!

There are 2 starbucks off this 5 exit, one is convenient when going north and the other is convenient for south. This is the south one, specifically located west of freeway. I like it more than the east side one. Coffee is really good and they have more selections than east side. Also it has a very clean well furnished patio when I have time to stop. Recommended!

I visited this store after a terrible experience at a nearby store. This store is clean, friendly, and my drink was fantastic! Kudos to this store and their store manager for making my experience great! I was here on Saturday 9/2 at 8:30am

Today was the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. We visit THIS store almost every weekend after a bike ride. Between drinks and food my party of three spent about $30. Like normal, I went to refill my iced tea part way thru - we had been sitting at the outside patio so I came in thru the door for the refill. "Melody" heard me order a refill and felt inclined to chime in that they could only do it for same store same visit. I pointed out how my party had been outside( and frankly should have been memorable as I was with 2 blind stokers). She mentioned they are enforcing the "rule" more then decided that the "face" I made was offensive which she stated under her breath. I don't normal go to this, but felt I was clearly being racially profiled. Somebody needs additional training and post haste.

He knows the way to my heart (or how to get me back in a good mood when I'm mad at him) is a nice cold brew with cold foam and a warmed up chocolate croissant! When we stayed in Solana beach, this location was only a few mins away from us so he made a trip out here every morning to get us some coffee and my favorite treat while I took my early morning meetings for work. Service is pretty swift but there tends to be a longer wait during their busy times. This is a smaller location than most of the Starbucks we've been to but it was super convenient to the neighborhood we were staying at!
