no one ever greeted me for two years of coming here nearly every morning (probably because it’s the crack of dawn and i look like a troll) so i almost thought about going to another place butttttt then one day, troy started to say “hey mimi” and “thanks mimi” and i just wanted to say how much i appreciated those two simple words! it truly goes a long way. and now others have started to greet me as well. so thank you :)

I had an awful conversation with LISA the supervisor today regarding a gift card issue. She's condescending, rude and has a horrible attitude. I feel horrible for the staff that have to work under her. Congrats Lisa , you lost another regular client.

The older lady at the front doesn't know what she is doing. She wanted to charge me $6.70 and the drink I wanted is suppose to come out to $5.75I didn't have enough funds in my app so I had to drop the vanilla cream. She seemed very nonchalant about the whole situation. Didn't even listen when I was explaining to her, she just said "No, it's not." Only three words you hear from someone who's supposed to greet you in the morning and thank you after you pay. Be very careful and make sure you're not getting overcharged here. Management please properly train the staff. It's annoying starting my morning off like this.
