Solana Sumptuous falls into the top 3 cookie places in SD county for me; specifically because they make a mean oatmeal chocolate cookie (OAT-M-G). I was introduced to this place by a co-worker who brought in several dozen for us to try on a couple of occasions. Ive had a few different flavors like their Solana Beach, PB, the OG chocolate chip, sea salt caramel, churro, and the Trifecta (stuffed), but the oatmeal chocolate is still my favorite. Single cookies range from $3-$4.50 depending on which one you get, and definitely place an order ahead of time if you're getting more than a few to ensure they have what you want. The in-store service is good and there always seems to be a constant stream of people popping in for a treat.

Can’t enough about their cookies, wow. I don’t think they make a bad one. You can tell that they use high quality ingredients including a great tasting chocolate. Very friendly with a lot of patience for first timers (us!). The raspberry choc cookie is a must try as it’s very unique and my son said it was the best cookies that he’s ever had besides a scratch cookie made at our bakery / coffee shop before we sold it this past June. (We know and love cookies).

COOKIES!!!!!! Absolutely love this place! Amazing cookies and a solid variety of ice cream options. These are not your giant and extravagant cake-like cookies that are becoming popular. These are normal-sized, well done cookies that you can truly enjoy the home-baked feel for. We've been here a couple times over the past couple months and every visit has been solid! My top 3 cookies: - Trifecta - Chocolate chip cookie stuffed with an Oreo, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and Snickers. Sounds overwhelming but is absolutely delicious!! - 50 Shades of Chocolate - different kinds of chocolate in one. Great choice- - Milk Chocolate Churro - this one took a bit for my tastebuds to adjust to because it's a cross between a snickerdoodle and a Chocolate Chip but is very tasty! I highly recommend checking this place out with the family for some delicious cookies and creamy ice cream!

This is the best cookie place I. San Diego county. The owner and staff are extremely nice. The cookies are fresh, soft and made with fresh organic products. Unfortunately I have to say that I was underwhelmed overall. We had 2 a la modes and a chocolate shake. The ice cream is Niederfranks and we had the salted caramel, it needed more salt to qualify as salted caramel imo. I had a chocolate/white chocolate cookie with salted caramel on top... I would sprinkle some salt on top of it to elevate.For those prices, just not what I expected.

Wow! Some of the best cookies we've had. Normal sized and nothing over the top, but so delicious! We ordered half a dozen: raspberry chocolate, trifecta, oatmeal, white chocolate and milk chocolate, snickerdoodle something, and a couple others. They were all super moist and tasty. Just the perfect amount of sweetness to share. And the service was super friendly. We will be back next time we're in town.

THE BEST COOKIES I'VE EVER HAD!! I love cookies and have tried them from so many places. These cookies have great ingredients in the right ratios (not too sweet, not overwhelmed with chocolate) and cooked to perfection. Service was top-notch as well! Forget everything else and go here, you won't be disappointed.
