“The food is great, and I can't complain. The service can be better you would think when you are getting your meal they would ask you if you needed Any Condiments (napkins, Ketchup, straws even?) And please when we ask for extra ketchup? We mean more than just one packet. Because apart from that 1 packet, there's no other ketchup inside the bag to begin with Especially with some of the prices that are being charged.. But apart from that the food is great.“

I can't say enough about the overall attention of good efforts the staff gives as they fulfill customer satisfaction goals. A good manager leads by example and my most recent interaction with the dayshift manager proved to be measurably pleasing.
