Best Ice Cream in Sonoma Valley, with unique flavors to try. Superb mochas too. Great, friendly service, and owned by a local family. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Easy to get to with a parking area off the main road and a safe little outdoor eating plaza.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramps and flat grade from wheelchair parking to the shop interior.

I will admit that this review is merely for the ice cream and not the several other options they offer. So, the few times I've been here, I have been impressed with their selection and quality of ice cream. The staff have always been very helpful and never shy of giving you a healthy portion of ice cream. When it comes to the quality, again quite good, considering the fierce competition they have in town. Price wise, very affordable, so that's a plus as well. While there other non ice cream options look good, I typically would avoid them as they are not my cup of tea, but it seems many others enjoy them though.

Lovely ice creams, but I worry about this place. It definitely deserves more business than it gets. If you're looking for a nice, relaxing shop this is a great stop. Not too far from the plaza, this would be a great place to get away from the bustle for a moment for a sweet treat.

Scammm!!!!!Wayyyyyy over priced. I payed $4 for a child size scoop, which was extremely small!!!!! PLEASE save your money your better off at Darlings Icecream shop next to Whole Foods downtown….they provide a $2.50 child scoop and are extremely Generous essentially you can get two kids cones with a Generous size scoop for $5.00 . Darlings ice cream shop had extremely very nice workers compared to this location rude rude rude is all I can say… save your money do not come here!!!!!

Delicious ice cream and unique flavors. We had a banana spit and a churro Sunday. Both were super good. They have plenty of parking and it's in a good location and ver clean. The only downfall was that when we visited it was super busy and they only had one employee so the wait was fairly long. Other than that.. I highly recommend this place to all you ice cream lovers.

Delicious alternatives and they also accommodate custom smoothies if one is inclined. Tables in the back are quiet and gave nice view to the mountains. Great bike pit stop for coffee and smoothie

Love their smoothies and açai bowls just as much as their ice cream! My favorite smoothie is the cielto mio! Staff was nice and i like the vibe in there too! Clean and sleek

Spent a week in Sonoma with the kids. Took them to Cielitos every day because the ice cream is delicious! Day 4, my son dropped his ice cream on the ground, he was so sad. When I told them what happened, they told me they need to call the manager, but most likely need to pay for another scoop. The manager made me pay for another scoop of ice cream, disappointing to say the least. Your customer service is disgraceful. Thanks for nothing. I will not be retuning to this store again.
