The ice cream is great my family enjoyed it a lot! but the workers from last night have a horrible attitude. Apparently they get annoyed of big groups. It was our first time there and we didn't know what to choose but these employees have no patience at all. no customer service

I LOVE LA MICHOACANA!!! I feel so happy whenever I see their bright colorful building and even happier when I walk inside and look at all their choices! The staff is always welcoming, kind and patient while giving out samples. Rose petal ice cream! Strawberries and cream, horchata and watermelon paleta! One of everything please!

Just moved here and I am so glad I found this place. I'm originally from Southern California and this is the only place that has snacks like from back home. Takis esquite was sooo good, usually Takis con queso is mt favorite but this might be my new favorite

They have a fun selection of flavors. They have some different falvors that I have never seen, like Rose Petal ice cream. This is some of the best ice cream that I have ever had. I will definitely go out of my way to get ice cream here. The staff is super friendly and nice!
A delightful hand crafted ice cream shop. The place is light and bright, and clean. The display is beautiful with an incredible selection of choices. Their staff is friendly, helpful and kind. It was hot outside the day we stopped in for a treat to help cool us down. We were at the laundromat next door. A welcome oasis.

This place is across from a fruit stand. The store inside looks cold and institutional and has a bad smell. There was only one worker there and no other customers. They have a ton of flavors but many of them are too exotic to understand and there were no descriptions of the flavors. The lady behind the counter couldn't articulate the flavors so she allowed us samples.After trying two or three flavors, I felt obligated to buy something so I purchased a passion fruit bar which had nice crunchy seeds but tasted very similar to orange juice. My husband enjoyed their custard ice cream bar that tasted to me like condensed milk. It was too sweet. Most of the items are very sweet for anyone who is trying to control their sugar levels. I was hoping to find something that wasn't too sweet but this place is not shy about adding sugar.The prices are 3.50 each bar which is not cheap for a small bar of juice. The popsicle sticks are too short and we almost dropped one. If you want something cold and sweet and love very sweet treats, then this is a decent place but it does have a bad smell inside the shop. Outside are some wooden benches where you can enjoy your sweets.

Had some food items this time that were well served and delicious. Had to eat outside because a family had taken up all the seating inside. It was hard to park since someone took up both parking spaces and there is no handicap parking. The lady that had took up all the seating inside with her adult friends had left her toddlers sleeping in their car seats outside in the car while they ate ice cream inside, and it was over 90° out. By the time i noticed they were leaving. So i didn't get a chance to call the police on them.
