One of my favorite places to go. I use the infrared sauna with the add on salt treatment and occasionally do the foot soak. The women who work there are great and give great recommendations. One of them is training as an herbalist and always has interesting information. The owner's intentions and energy really make this place a healing, safe, and calming place of self-care for me, I like that she's always learning and sharing. I buy the spa packages to save money.

Amazing services that are so unique and the prices are so reasonable. I love the ionic foot soak and that they read it for you, the infrared sauna with chromotherpay as well as scalp treatments and massages! They are always so kind and welcoming its always a calming relaxing environment with great scents and the teas are perfect with organic raw honey and sugars caffeine free or not complimentary with the services! Please support this amazing small buisness that is such a gem to our small growing town!

If you haven’t visited this place you are missing out!!! My daughter bought me a gift certificate for Mother’s Day and we made a girls trip out of it. Such a cute place and the owner is so sweet and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning to Amala for more treatments and tea!

I LOVE this place!! My friend took me for my first visit and I will definitely be back. I love the atmosphere. We had great service. We did the foot soaks and had warm tea. Next time I'm going to do the scalp treatment. Great place!

Hubby and I drove to Sonora for a weekend getaway. Found Amala and had to go back there the following day for a treat. You should try their services. It's an awesome experience. The 2 ladies who helped us were so nice. We tried the ionic foot detox and felt so good afterwards. I wish they're closer to our home so I could go there regularly. Great products and tea! You should visit them if you're in town.

We just went here for a girls petite retreat and it was FABULOUS! We had Kate & Liz do a soothing foot bath soak with A sugar scrub along with sipping a delicious Iced Tea with Honey! We left refreshed and rejuvenated to go shopping in the local quaint downtown and eventually stopped to have a delightful lunch! I'm soooo coming back for a scalp massage and another refreshing Tea! Thank you Amala for having such delightful and informative employees! This actually felt like a weekend away! Namaste!

We discovered this place on a 100 deg day in Sonora. Came in for the tea and wow, they were amazing. With a pretty comprehensive list, there's something for everyone.The two ladies running this place are also super lovely. The ambiance of the place is also just oh-so-calming. Had the French Ginger Lemon hot tea. It was exquisite. Even when it cooled down the flavors were mellow yet there by lingering in your mouth. Added a dash of honey which made it a beautiful blend. The people there and the ambience have their charm too! Must visit if you are a Tea person.
