I'm so tired of this place having good coffee but terrible baristas. They don't ever get proper training. Constantly making drinks wrong. This is the second time I've ordered a mocha and gotten a hot chocolate. When I do get mochas the make them with the trap powered instead of making it on the hot bar like they should. Never add my shots. Cold drinks or hot drinks they all get messed up from improper training. Today the girl even remade my drink but made it wrong a second time. I'm done wasting my money here till these baristas can be properly taught to make coffee drinks. Not just mixing powder with milk

Stopped here whole cruising around the hills on a drive. Husband and I shared an XL Frappe & amd it was delicious:) However, we did get in the wrong line and it took forever!

A few things I love the Soulsbyville Morning Ladies They are so Great and they make my drinks (coffee dayO whip& everything) I've ever tried to perfection I'm am Never disappointed when The Morning Crew is on the DayO. They are extremely pleasant and very kind to me and I'm always looking forward to seeing their happy faces. Excellent Attitudes and Great Customer Service Love Their Service and their Kindness Now for the next shift (afternoon girls) They sincerely have the worst attitudes They are not cheerful or even fake nice They act as if you're putting them out by ordering coffee They don't remember a simple drink order, have to ask several times "did you want whip cream " they take forever. And they do not care if they make your coffee taste properly. My order is always lacking when they make it. And I have to say this again Their customer service attitudes are not good at all . I'm giving a 5 star review because of The Morning Ladies and The Awesome skills that they have And for the record I know that the afternoon crew are very well trained so they should have better quality of work and quality of service than they do . I've been going to DayO for years but I had to write this review because of the fact that I want the Morning Crew to Know that I See Them and I See their Work Ethic in all That They Do Maybe the afternoon Crew will get their act together, if not for themselves But for the Business

Haven't been to a Dayo here in the county since I was a little kid. Got something else today that was the caramel frappe. A medium sized one. I still recommend Dutch Bros. over Starbucks though ?.

I come here nearly every day. And every time my drink is amazing. I get food sometimes as well and it's great too! The girls that work here are the sweetest! It can be slow sometimes but that depends on if the car in front of you orders 8 smoothies lol they're fast and so sweet. My favorite location! They're even sweet to my son who is almost 4 and always has to say hi and chat with them lol

Service is so slow. No sense of urgency they are busy doing side work which is normally done between customers. Horrible service. Rather drive to Starbucks it's better anyway.
